The part, located between the second heater and the condenser, of the third air duct passes through the regeneration reduction sector of the second dehumidification rotating wheel, the part, located between the condenser and the evaporator, of the third air duct passes through the regeneration reduction sector of the first dehumidification rotating wheel, and a compressor is arranged between the evaporator and the condenser.
