The device comprises an image acquisition module used for acquiring an ultrasonic image with a breast nodule; the nodule-of-interest image extraction module is used for intercepting the breast nodule boundary of the ultrasonic image by selecting a plurality of coordinate points of interest to obtain a nodule-of-interest image; the super-pixel image construction module is used for performing super-pixel segmentation on the nodule image of interest to obtain a super-pixel image; the band-shaped region construction module is used for constructing a band-shaped region by taking the breast nodule boundary in the superpixel image as a reference, wherein the band-shaped region comprises an internal band-shaped region and an external band-shaped region; and the boundary sharpness judgment module is used for acquiring a plurality of brightness trend change signals about the superpixels in the band-shaped region, and judging the sharpness of the breast nodule boundary according to each acquired brightness trend change signal.
