The invention discloses a northwest ecologically fragile region livestock and poultry sewage treatment technology evaluation method, which comprehensively evaluates the whole process effectiveness of applying different technologies in the ecologically fragile environment of the northwest region by applying a life cycle evaluation method, and realizes the evaluation of the livestock and poultry sewage treatment technology in the ecologically fragile environment of the northwest region through technology classification, grading, list design, index selection and quantitative application. The applicability of different technologies is represented more stereoscopically, and subsequent improvement can be facilitated; evaluating cost benefits, and selecting evaluation indexes; in combination with LCA and CBA, a livestock and poultry manure treatment technology screening system comprising five aspects of technology, economy, climate and direct and indirect environmental influence, including 18 indexes in total, is established through AHP; determining the weight of an evaluation system, further establishing a comprehensive evaluation model, and providing technical support for livestock and poultry manure management work in northwest regions.
