Example Embodiment

[0045] Preparation Example 1

[0046] This preparation example discloses a polyurethane finishing agent. The raw materials needed to prepare one polyurethane finishing agent are as follows: 4 kg of toluene diisocyanate; 0.3 kg of dibutyltin dilaurate; 2 kg of polyester diol; amino-terminated polysilicon Oxygen 1.8kg;

[0047] Among them, toluene diisocyanate is selected from toluene-2,4-diisocyanate; polyester diol is selected from Wuxi Xinyu Chemical Co., Ltd., with an average relative molecular mass of 1500; amino-terminated polysiloxane is selected from the amino group produced by Beijing Lingbao Technology Co., Ltd. Blocked dimethyl polysiloxane, the average relative molecular mass is 1800;

[0048] The above-mentioned polyurethane finishing agent is prepared by the following process steps:

[0049] Add 2kg of polyester diol in proportion to the reaction vessel, add 0.3kg of dibutyltin dilaurate and 3kg of acetone, add 4kg of toluene diisocyanate dropwise into the reacti...

Example Embodiment

[0050] Preparation example 2

[0051] The difference between Preparation Example 2 and Preparation Example 1 is that the addition amount of toluene diisocyanate is 5 kg; the addition amount of dibutyltin dilaurate is 0.4 kg; the addition amount of polyester diol is 2.5 kg; the amino-terminated polysiloxane The added amount is 2.2kg.

Example Embodiment

[0052] Preparation example 3

[0053] The difference between Preparation Example 3 and Preparation Example 1 is that the addition amount of toluene diisocyanate is 6kg; the addition amount of dibutyltin dilaurate is 0.5kg; the addition amount of polyester diol is 3kg; the addition amount of amino-terminated polysiloxane The added amount was 2.6 kg.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of cashmere-like fabrics, and particularly discloses a dyeing and finishing process of polyester-viscose Aurilian wool. The dyeing and finishing process comprises the following process steps: S1, dyeing by using a disperse dye, wherein the polyester-viscose-aulalian wool is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-25% of viscose fiber; 10-20% of polyamide fiber; 60-70% of polyester fiber; s2, dyeing with a reactive dye; and S3, carrying out color fixation, soaping, water washing and drying processes. According to the method, the mode that disperse dye dyeing is carried out firstly and then reactive dye dyeing is carried out is adopted, so that the polyester part has good coloring degree after the polyester-viscose-aurilian wool is dyed, reactive dyeing is carried out on chinlon and viscose fiber parts, overall coloring of the polyester-viscose-aurilian wool is achieved, and finally the processes of color fixing, soaping, water washing and drying are carried out in sequence, so that the polyester-viscose-aurilian wool is obtained. The surface dyeing on the polyester-viscose aurilian wool is removed, and the color fastness of the polyester-viscose aurilian wool is improved, so that the cashmere-like polyester-viscose aurilian wool fabric with relatively good color fastness is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] This application relates to the technical field of cashmere-like fabrics, more specifically, it relates to a dyeing and finishing process of polyester-viscose Australian wool. Background technique [0002] Cashmere is a thin layer of fine wool that grows on the outer skin of goats and covers the roots of goats' coarse hair. Cashmere products have been widely respected by people for their excellent properties such as fine texture, soft feel, soft luster, lightness and warmth. Cashmere is a rare special animal fiber, and its output is scarce, so cashmere is also called "diamond of fiber" and "soft gold". [0003] Due to the high price and scarce output of cashmere fabrics, it is difficult to meet the needs of ordinary consumers. People gradually began to develop cashmere-like fabrics. At present, the alternative fibers used in cashmere-like fabrics mainly include acrylic fibers and cellulose fibers. Different raw materials make up imitation cashmere fab...
