The one-chamber multi-source structure comprises a vacuum chamber, an ion source, a driving field and a receiver, wherein the number of the ion sources is multiple, and the ion sources are used for emitting ions into the vacuum chamber; the driving field is used for driving ions emitted by the ion source to do accelerated motion and deflect in the vacuum chamber; the number of the receivers is the same as that of the ion sources, and each receiver is correspondingly arranged on a path of ions emitted by one ion source after accelerated movement and deflection and is used for receiving various isotopes of the ions emitted by the corresponding ion source.
