Clamping of large-size and large-mass hollow parts has certain difficulty, and due to the fact that large-size key mass manufactured in a composite mode is uneven in density, the radial circle run-out error of pipe fittings is large. The run-out error can directly act on the rotating main shaft, and the requirements for the strength and rigidity of the main shaft are increased accordingly. In order to guarantee cutting safety, a chuck external supporting method is adopted to achieve clamping and power transmission of a large pipe fitting. The innovation point of the invention is that the synchronous operation of external support fixation, power rotation and transverse feed cutting of the large hollow pipe fitting is realized through one set of device. By means of the technical scheme, the machining efficiency is remarkably improved, the dangerous action of manually fastening a workpiece is not needed in the machining process, the workpiece is installed more firmly through the design of the externally-supported three-jaw chuck, and when clamping is unstable, the workpiece is prevented from flying out through the power shaft.
