The invention provides a defect repairing method of an OLED display panel and an OLED display device.The defect repairing method of the OLED display panel comprises the steps that firstly, the OLED display panel to be repaired is fixed to a laser repairing platform; step 2, the OLED display panel is lightened, and display defects are marked; 3, a laser transmitter is adjusted, and the laser transmitter is aligned with the mark; and 4, emitting laser, and removing the light-emitting layer in the OLED device structure through the laser.
