Abstract

The invention discloses a credibility theory-based electric energy transaction method for a power distribution system operator, and belongs to the technical field of an electric power market in an uncertain environment. Multiple transactions including spot markets, option contracts and bilateral contracts are considered, and a DSO multi-electric-energy transaction model is established; establishing a membership function of spot electricity price prediction errors based on a credibility theory and deducing a credibility distribution function of the membership function; establishing an uncertainty risk measurement model under the fuzzy opportunity constraint, and converting the uncertainty risk measurement model into a deterministic robust optimization model; and solving the robust optimization model to obtain an electric energy transaction strategy of the DSO under the condition that the spot electricity price is uncertain. According to the method, the problem of electricity purchase risk caused by the uncertainty of the electricity price of the spot market by the DSO is solved, the electricity purchase cost of the DSO is reduced by utilizing different electric energy transaction risk characteristics, the electricity purchase proportion of each market is determined by utilizing the model, and the credibility that the actual cost is smaller than the expected cost is solved while the electric energy transaction robustness of the DSO is improved.
