The package includes an outer tube body having an outer layer and an outer tube lumen; the inner tube is provided with an outer layer and an inner tube body, and the inner tube body is provided with an inner tube inner cavity; a portion of the distribution orifice is in communication with the outer tube lumen, and a portion of the distribution orifice is in communication with the inner tube lumen.
