Abstract

The invention discloses a bias circuit. The bias circuit comprises a bias power supply end, a first bias transistor and a protection circuit, a first node of the first bias transistor is coupled to a bias power supply end and is configured to receive a first bias signal output by the bias power supply end, a second node of the first bias transistor is configured to output a second bias signal to the power amplifier, and a third node of the first bias transistor is coupled to a first power supply end; and the protection circuit is connected with the bias power supply end and is configured to prevent the alternating current signal from flowing to the bias power supply end. According to the invention, the protection circuit is connected to the bias power supply end, and the protection circuit can prevent an alternating current signal flowing back in the bias circuit from flowing into the bias power supply end on the premise that the bias power supply end outputs the first bias signal to the first bias transistor, so that the influence of the alternating current signal on the bias power supply end is avoided; therefore, the linearity of the bias circuit is improved, and the linearity of the whole radio frequency circuit is improved.
