Abstract

The invention provides a UTG chemical strengthening process which comprises the following steps: A) immersing a UTG material to be chemically strengthened into an HF solution, and carrying out double-sided etching; the concentration of the HF solution is 1-4 mol / L; the time of the double-sided etching is 10 to 20 minutes; b) cleaning to remove residual acid on the surface of the UTG, and then preheating to 360-390 DEG C; c) immersing the preheated UTG in a strengthening liquid for chemical strengthening; and D) annealing and soaking the chemically strengthened UTG in water to obtain the strengthened UTG.
