When a metal part subjected to electromagnetic induction heating treatment descends and is immersed in quenching cooling liquid to complete quenching cooling, the extrusion column extrudes and slides into the extrusion cylinder in a linkage manner due to descending of the metal part, so that the quenching cooling liquid entering the extrusion cylinder is sprayed out from an inclined nozzle to eject an overturning push plate open, and a surging wave body is formed; and meanwhile, the upper half part of the overturning push plate is positioned above the liquid level of the quenching cooling liquid, so that the overturning push plate which is overturned under the impact of the liquid pushes the quenching cooling liquid towards the direction where the metal piece is positioned to form surge overturning, and steam which is instantly generated after the heated metal piece is in contact with the quenching cooling liquid can be conveniently covered and swallowed.
