A three-proof combined pump, its usage method, and a dedicated dosing device

Abstract

This invention discloses a three-proof combined pump, its usage method, and a dedicated dosing device, including a drainage device and a dosing device, with the dosing device located below the drainage device. The drainage device has a two-stage sand settling cylinder on its exterior. The lower end of the drainage device is also connected to a drainage cylinder. The dosing device is entirely located inside the drainage cylinder, and the inner wall of the drainage cylinder and the exterior of the dosing device form a drainage channel, i.e., the lower port of the drainage device communicates with the drainage channel. The drainage device uses its internal plunger to power the dosing pump of the dosing device; that is, the upper end of the piston rod of the dosing device corresponds to the internal plunger of the drainage device. This invention not only solves the pump blockage and jamming problems caused by sand (coal powder) production, but also addresses the corrosion and scale prevention problems of high gas-oil ratio wells or coalbed methane production wells, thereby achieving high-efficiency production.
