A uhpc jacket structure for bridge pier column reinforcement repair and a construction method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a UHPC jacket structure and a construction method for reinforcing and repairing a bridge pier column, and relates to the technical field of bridge engineering. The UHPC jacket structure comprises a plurality of UHPC jacket segments and connecting devices; the plurality of UHPC jacket segments are sequentially assembled and connected through prefabricated notches and the connecting devices from top to bottom, and are sleeved on the periphery of a bridge pier column to be repaired; each UHPC jacket segment comprises an external UHPC jacket segment and an internal UHPC jacket segment; the internal UHPC jacket segment is connected to the inner side of the external UHPC jacket segment; an annular gap between the outer surface of the bridge pier column to be repaired and the inner surface of the assembled UHPC jacket segment is filled with an underwater non-dispersible concrete filling layer; the jacket inner wall shear key and the roughened interface are combined with the high-strength filling layer, the original pier column-filling layer-UHPC jacket integration is realized, and the bending resistance, shearing resistance and compressive bearing capacity of the pier column are significantly improved.
