The fiber forming chamber 4 is connected to the spinneret 2 . Abstract

The invention relates to a device for manufacturing a spunbond web of spun-bonded nonwoven fabric material by aerodynamically stretching thermoplastic filaments, including a spinneret having a plurality of spinning pores to produce a curtain of thermoplastic synthetic resin filaments from the spinneret. A stretching nozzle is formed by two nozzle-forming units opposite to each other to form a nozzle gap. At least a temperature regulation device for regulating temperature of the nozzle-forming units is connected on at least one of the nozzle-forming units.

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for producing spunbond nonwoven webs from aerodynamically stretched thermoplastic filaments, comprising a nozzle having a plurality of spinneret holes from which a veil formed by thermoplastic filaments is discharged. A filament end and a drawing nozzle with two opposing drawing nozzle groups forming a nozzle gap. The drawing takes place in the stretching nozzle or in the nozzle gap of the stretching nozzle and by means of working air flowing through the stretching nozzle. The temperature of the working air in the nozzle gap of the stretching nozzle is generally higher than the ambient temperature, eg 35 to 40° C.
