The prsent invention relates to a fluidized bed catalyst for producing acrylonitrile by utilizing propylene ammine oxidation. Said invention is mainly aimed at resolving the problem of that in the previous techniques the catalyst is not related to higher reaction pressure and operation load, and said invention utilizes the technical scheme which adopts the carrier containing silicon dioxide and the composite whose chemical formula (by atomic ratio) is as follows: Mo12BiaFebNicNbdNaeXfYgOm, where X is at least one kind selected from Li, K Rb or Cs, Y is at least one kind selected from Co, Mg, Mn, Ca, Ce, La, B, P or Cr so as to resolve the said problem.
