Abstract

The method solves issue of interference between blue teeth system and 802.11b system. In beginning period of time of running, blue teeth unit evaluates channel so as to obtain condition of channel quality. Then, based on different conditions of channel quality, the blue teeth unit selects transmitting time from single time slot, three time slots or five time slots. Different transmitting time causes change of transmitted carrier frequency so as to avoid same frequency interference. Further, interference between blue teeth system and 802.11b system is eliminated. This method makes rate of packet loss between blue teeth system and 802.11b system decrease to close to zero. The method is simple and easy implementation, and is applicable to design of new blue teeth system or upgrading existing blue teeth system.
