Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for treating the furnace cinder which is generated at the course of manufacturing the non-corrodible steel, at this method, the furnace cinder produced from the refining furnace and electric stove is cooled down and crushed by water; according to the size of the granule, separates the crushed furnace cinder, and separate it into metal component and other components, makes the furnace cinder from the refining furnace, electric stove and alkali stove aftertreated, then is recycled, therefore it is recycled as the substitute of the electric stove waste. Furthermore, the poisonous heavy metal in the furnace cinder is neutralized by the neutralization agent, thereby get the neutral grit. At the same time, the treated water obtained from the sludge-recycling procedure is circulated and cyclically-utilized.
