Abstract
The tester is composed of image forming system and image processing system. The image forming system is composed of light source, attenuator, diaphragm, focusing system, specimen stage and CCD camera setup in sequence on working platform inside case. Optical fiber perform is placed in clamp on the specimen stage. The signal output port of the CCD camera is connected to signal input port of the image process system. Through CCD image technique, combining with computer image processing software, the invention measures refractive index distribution of preformrod in radial by using Monte Carlo algorithm to carry out data operation and process. Features are: simple structure, easy of adjustment and operation, visual, low cost.
