Abstract

The present invention, an Intelligent Electronic Containment Device for Lymphatic Drainage of the Lower and Upper Limbs in Patients with Lymphedema and Associated Pathologies (Phlebolymphedema, Phlebedema and Lipedema), is constituted as a wireless, portable, ambulatory sequential pneumatic compression therapy device composed of a plurality of air bags, located in different compartments that function as a sectional massager, thus allowing localized compression therapy in the limb of the patient's body, whether upper or lower limb, that requires treatment in accordance with the protocols established by the treating physician, facilitating the latter to monitor the treatment follow-up and evolution of the patient. Therefore, the device is programmed to provide compression therapy that allows selective, simultaneous and operational inflation of the plurality of air bags, as established by the source (Mobile Application), where each function comprises a series of sequences that allow ordering the inflation or deflation of the air bags that make it up.
