Novel antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind to the interleukin-18 beta receptor (IL-18RP), along with conjugates thereof, nucleic acids encoding them, compositions comprising them, and methods for producing and using them, including for the treatment of various diseases and conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease and other immune-mediated diseases, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, cancers, and infectious diseases, are provided.
