Heterocyclic compound to induce the degradation of kras proteins

Abstract

A compound useful as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer is provided. The present inventors have carried out research on compounds useful as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer and have completed the present invention by finding that the heterocyclic compounds represented by formulas (I) and (I–I) have degradation-inducing action on mutated KRAS proteins and wild-type KRAS proteins, particularly degradation-inducing action on mutated KRAS proteins G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D, and inhibitory activity on mutated KRAS and inhibitory activity on KRAS in the presence of amplification of a wild-type KRAS gene, particularly inhibitory activity on mutated KRAS G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D. The heterocyclic compound, or a salt thereof according to the present invention, can be used as a therapeutic agent for cancer.[Selected drawing] None.
