Abstract

The present invention relates to compositions comprising modified cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) pseudoviral particles (VLPs), and in particular to modified CMV VLPs comprising CMV chimeric polypeptides comprising a stretch of consecutive negative amino acids selected from aspartic acid and / or glutamic acid to which canine interleukin 1β mutain antigens and cIL-1β-D145X antigens are attached, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions thereof, which compositions preferably serve as vaccines to generate immune responses, in particular antibody responses, against cIL-1β.
