Abstract
<!--StartFragment-->The invention relates to a method for obtaining <strong>in vitro dual cultures of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF)< / strong> in association with forest species of interest, and more particularly to methods for establishing functional symbioses between such fungi, particularly those of the families <strong>Glomeraceae, Acaulosporaceae, and Gigasporaceae< / strong>, and forest species, especially <strong>Cedrela odorata< / strong> (Spanish cedar) and <strong>Swietenia macrophylla< / strong> (mahogany), as well as to the dual culture of the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus in symbiotic association with said forest species, and to the mycorrhized forest vitroplant obtained by the method of the invention.<!--EndFragment-->
