Abstract

The invention relates to a tubular busbar with a solid core and internal heat dissipation, intended for electrical engineering applications, particularly in low- and high-voltage power control and switchgear cabinets, as well as in prefabricated power lines. The busbar comprises a rectangular tubular body bounded by external walls, with a solid core formed by overlapping elements, located between the upper and lower walls. The design features two distinct zones: a hollow zone and the solid core, which together optimize electrical conduction and heat dissipation. The proposed structural arrangement of the busbar allows for greater efficiency in electrical conduction with less material, reduces skin effect losses, improves thermal dissipation at high currents, and increases mechanical resistance to dynamic stresses and short circuits, while also facilitating replacement compared to conventional solid busbars.
