Abstract

A method and device for precise seed sowing, where the seeds are not allowed to fall through the seed tube into the seeding shoe by unreliable free fall, but are pneumatically catapulted through the seed tube and the seeding shoe to overcome them at a prescribed speed and sow them into the soil at a predetermined location. The seeding device is provided with a rotating catapulting disc (7) with catapulting holes (8) which shoots the seeds into the seed tube.
