An emission-free handling truck with an autonomous battery power supply and with a remote control

Abstract

The emission-free handling truck with an autonomous battery power supply and with a remote control consists of a support frame in the shape of a rectangle provided with travel wheels and electric motors with switchboards and a upper walkable lid, which has auxiliary travel wheels (5c) on two opposite sides of the frame (2) in the corners, on swivels (5b) rotatable along the vertical axis, the fixed axis (5a) of which is attached to the frame (2), and in the inside space of the frame (2) pairs of rotatable mechanisms (1c) with electromagnetic locking are mounted opposite to each other at the same sides of the frame (2). On each of them an electric motor (1a) is mounted with a gearbox (1b), on the output shaft of which there is a driving travel wheel (1d) and each rotatable mechanism (1c) is connected with a rotatable body (5b) of the neighbouring auxiliary travel wheel (5c) using a control rod (3). In the frame (2) there is also the first switchboard (6a) with circuit breakers, a control computer and recharging. Both switchboards (6a, 6b) are interconnected with two power batteries (7a, 7b).
