Abstract

Charging connection element (1) of a vehicle (10), for connecting to a charging device, comprising: • a charging socket (2) for receiving electrical connectors (14), and • a sealing element (3) for sealing the charging socket (2) against a body of the vehicle (10), • wherein the charging socket (2) has a first locking element (4) and the sealing element (3) has a second locking element (5), • wherein the first locking element (4) and the second locking element (5) can be locked in a plurality of different locking positions relative to each other in order to prevent the charging socket (2) and the sealing element (3) from coming loose, and • wherein the different locking positions define different distances between the charging socket (2) and the sealing element (3).
