[0002] Toilet brush sets of the commonly used design consist solely of a monolithic brush handle, a brush core to which the bristles or their commercially available alternatives are attached, and a corresponding, adapted, monolithic brush holder. Toilet brushes that can be filled with liquid cleaning agents are patented and registered as utility models, but due to their limited functionality and ease of use, they are rarely found on the market.

Several flushes are required to clean the toilet bowl and subsequently the brush itself, even to achieve a visually acceptable result. [0008] Contrary to the submitted invention, which, by means of its articulated lower and upper mounting shells, its integrated magnetism, and its design closely adapted to the brush circumference, enables better hygienic handling and easier cleaning or emptying for optimized and vertical storage of the toilet brush within the upper mounting shell, the holders available on the market have an outer shell and a loose, inserted, tubular inner shell, which, due to their depth, are only difficult and unhygienic to remove and clean.Since these inner containers, for easier removal, have a low weight and their inner diameter must be significantly larger than the outer diameter of the toilet brush (to prevent the brush from unintentionally pulling the inner container along with it every time it is removed), the toilet brush can only be stored loosely and at an angle. This visual flaw, if addressed, is concealed by a holder end cap anchored in the middle of the toilet brush handle. This cap can scratch the toilet bowl during cleaning and prevents the necessary diffusion of any dripping liquid when the toilet brush is stored.

[0010] The present invention aims to provide toilet brush sets, consisting of a toilet brush and holder, with improved handling, enhanced cleaning function, as few additional but recyclable components as possible, and a replaceable brush button, which reduce water and wastewater consumption, prevent the formation of deposits and pathogens, alter odor formation, sustainably reduce wear and tear on the toilet brushes, and simplify their storage, handling, emptying, and cleaning.

[0013] According to the present invention, a toilet brush with holders, which is to be filled with a liquid medium, is provided, comprising the following: a brush handle with a fillable cavity and an upper and lower opening each; a brush head with a hollow brush core and the bristles commonly used, or their commercially available alternatives, also provided with an upper and lower opening, which is attached to the lower end of the brush handle, along with a seal to prevent liquid leakage between the brush handle and the brush head; an operating rod, in a straight version, or with a specific design or supplemented with a functional, adjustable operating element, which projects beyond the upper end of the brush handle for the purpose of handling the toilet brush and has a seal attached to it at its lower end in a force-fit, adjustable manner, which is located inside the brush core;together with at least one outlet opening at its lower end, forming a closure that can be opened and closed, a return spring that uses the lower end of the brush handle as the first abutment and is fixed outside the lower end of the brush handle, on the operating rod, by the necessary second adjustable abutment, which enables the catapult-like closing of the opening(s) and as an alternative in simplified form, a monolithic operating rod with integrated but non-adjustable spring abutment, integrated but non-adjustable seal, designed locking mechanism against rotation and integrated thread for a closure part, a mounting base designed as a partial hinge, to be placed on the floor and an alternative mounting base designed as a partial hinge, to be hung on the wall, each with a force-fit connection achieved by magnetism as required,A partially hinged upper mounting shell, adapted to the brush head, which serves to hold, store and remove the toilet brush.

[1] Toilet brush set characterized by that a hollow toilet brush with an integrated, mechanical catapult device, which by manually pulling upwards, against its spring force, brings mechanical energy into a resting state, which then, by abruptly releasing, acts on a metered amount of a liquid agent filled in at a greatly accelerated rate, so that this is thrown through at least one opening in the brush core, with a holder which, by means of a two-shell, rotatable joint design, together with the magnetism integrated therein, enables a force-fitting, but easily detachable, connection between the upper shell of the holder and the lower shell of the holder. [2] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that a catapult effect is created by means of a spiral spring positioned at the lower end of a brush handle and a monolithic shaped operating rod. [3] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that a catapult effect is created by means of a spiral spring positioned at the lower end of a brush handle and a seal, both of which are attached to an operating rod. [4] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that the designed operating rod ensures twist-proof operation without an additional operating part. [5] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that the brush handle has closable openings on the side for filling, venting and checking the fill level. [6] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized bythat the operating rod is supplemented with a non-positively connected operating part which is also to be pulled upwards and which contains openings for filling, venting, closing by means of a closure, as well as for mounting the operating rod and, due to its shape, results in a twist-proof fit with the likewise adapted and designed upper brush handle end. [7] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that the operating rod is supplemented with an operating part which can also be pulled upwards, is movably connected and is mounted outside or partly inside the brush handle, which contains an additional spring which increases the sealing contact pressure of the operating part on the upper edge of the brush handle and ensures the lateral and upper filling, which is made possible by integrated exhaust air recesses on the filling opening or its internal thread. [8] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that a hollow brush handle with a replaceable hollow brush head is sealed against leaking liquid and escaping air by a replaceable sealing ring. [9] Toilet brush set according to claim 1 characterized by that it includes a joint-like, horizontally rotatable, designed combination of a lower holder shell with an upper holder shell, wherein the upper holder shell has a hemispherical outer design and the adapted lower holder shell has a hemispherical inner design.
