Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a fastening device for an arrangement having at least one profile part. The invention further relates to an arrangement having at least one such profile part.

[0002] Construction kits for assembling shelving, display cases, industrial equipment, and the like typically include base profiles and associated connecting elements, allowing for the simple and cost-effective construction of various structures. These can include, for example, machine frames, enclosures, booths, shelves, and workbenches.

[0003] The basic elements of such construction kits are usually extruded profiles, particularly made of aluminum, which have at least one receiving groove on one, two or more of their outer surfaces.

[0004] Conventional construction kits offer various additional elements to match this groove. These can be secured to the profile using a shaped element that engages the groove. This shaped element could be, for example, a T-slot nut or a hammer head element that can be screwed into the groove.

[0005] This way, a frame corner can be created using appropriate angles.

[0006] Housings, enclosures, or cabinets are created by inserting panel elements into the grooves of a frame constructed from profiles and connectors. These panel elements can be made of wood, metal, or glass materials.

[0007] A cabinet element, for example, is made from four vertical profiles, which are connected to horizontal profiles arranged at their upper end and near their lower end. In the areas between the vertical profiles, surface elements are inserted into the grooves on three sides. These are inserted from above into the frame, which consists of two vertical profiles and the lower horizontal profile. The upper horizontal profile is then mounted, which encloses the surface element and firmly positions it. The floor, i.e. the area formed by the lower four horizontal profiles, and the ceiling, i.e. the area formed by the upper four horizontal profiles, can be created in the same way.

[0008] If at least one additional horizontally arranged flat insert element, such as a shelf, is to be inserted into the cabinet element between the floor and ceiling, this is only possible to a limited extent with the conventional elements described above. This applies not only to the cabinet element in question, but also to a shelf element, a housing, an enclosure, or a similar structure.

[0009] The easiest way to add a shelf is to use vertical profiles with a rectangular cross-section, with the rectangular cross-section having a short side containing one groove and a long side containing two grooves. In this way, one outward-facing groove can be used to insert a surface element, and the second, inward-facing groove can be used to attach a shelf support, for example consisting of an angle element attached to each vertical profile, so that the shelf can be placed on these four angle elements and, if necessary, can also be attached to them.

[0010] Alternatively, a recess can be made at the positions where the shelf is to be inserted, for example on the side surface elements, so that the angle element can be positioned in this recess on the groove of the vertical profiles.

[0011] If surface elements are to be installed as shelves in a cabinet or in an enclosure-like structure, vertical profiles with two grooves and angles arranged on an inner side can be provided to support the shelf.

[0012] The significantly larger cross-sections of vertical profiles increase both the weight and cost of the structure, while also detracting from its visual appearance. A visually delicate design is not possible this way. The increased stability provided by the use of profiles with a larger cross-section is generally not necessary.

[0013] If, alternatively, vertical profiles are used, for example with a square cross-section and one groove on each side, either additional elements must be provided to fasten the outer surfaces, which leads to additional costs and greater assembly effort, or the outer surfaces must be provided with recesses at the positions where a shelf is to be inserted, to which angles can then be attached to the vertical profiles as shelf supports.

[0014] This requires a great deal of processing and impairs the appearance. Furthermore, subsequent adjustment of the shelf's height is no longer possible.

[0015] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved embodiment for a fastening device, in particular for mounting on a construction profile with at least two receiving grooves, which can be used as a support, in particular for a compartment or shelf.

[0016] This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent patent claims. Preferred embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent patent claims.

[0017] The basic idea of the invention is therefore to design a fastening device such that it can be attached to a profile corner of a longitudinal profile with two receiving grooves arranged on two adjacent sides of the profile. The fastening device according to the invention proposed here is designed such that it only partially engages the two receiving grooves provided on the profile part, with such an engagement section or such an engagement element being dimensioned such that a groove width sufficient to accommodate a surface element—in addition to the engagement element of the fastening device—remains, which is not closed off by the engagement element.

[0018] The fastening device according to the invention has two angle elements, each of which can engage in one of the two receiving grooves provided on the profile part. A transition between the two profile sides with the two receiving grooves forms a profile corner to which the fastening device according to the invention is attached. A base body of the fastening device according to the invention, in addition to partially receiving the angle elements, simultaneously serves as a support for a surface element forming an insert, in particular a shelf, of an arrangement according to the invention with at least one profile part and with at least one fastening device according to the invention. The part of the base body forming the support surface can in particular be designed as a flat support surface, in particular with or without holes, for fastening the insert or shelf.

[0019] The fastening device according to the invention presented here can also be retrofitted into an existing arrangement with profile parts. If necessary, the position of the fastening device and thus of the shelf in the direction of extension of the profile part can be easily adjusted. No modification to the existing structure, such as machining the vertical profiles or surface elements, is required.

[0020] In detail, a fastening device according to the invention for an arrangement with at least one profile part comprises a base body that partially surrounds a body interior and can also have a through-opening via which the body interior communicates with the external environment around the base body. Furthermore, the fastening device comprises a first and a second angle element for releasably fixing the base body to the profile part. Each of the two angle elements is arranged with a mounting section in the body interior and can be releasably fastened to the base body or connected to it. Each of the two angle elements protrudes from the body interior with an engagement section for engaging in the profile part, in particular through the through-opening.

[0021] A hook-shaped first or second engagement element is provided on the respective engagement section for engaging in a receiving groove provided on the profile part. The fastening device can be secured, i.e., fixed to the profile part, by pulling the two hook-shaped engagement elements against the area of the profile part that rests positively against the fastening device.

[0022] According to a preferred embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention, the base body extends along an axial direction. In this embodiment, in a longitudinal section along the axial direction, the first and second engagement elements each have a U-shaped geometry with a U-base and a first and a second leg. In this embodiment, the U-base is arranged between the two U-legs, preferably at a right angle. Such a geometry allows for particularly stable fixation of the angle or engagement element in the associated receiving groove provided on the profile part. Particularly preferably, the base and the two legs can be formed integrally with one another, i.e., formed in one piece and from the same material. Likewise, at least one of the angle elements, preferably both angle elements, can be formed in one piece.

[0023] According to an advantageous development of the fastening device according to the invention, the two angle elements can be detachably fastened or attached to the base body by means of a threaded screw and a threaded nut that interacts with the threaded screw. Alternatively, the two angle elements can together have an external thread onto which a threaded nut can be screwed while clamping the base body between the two angle elements and the threaded nut. In this alternative, each of the two angle elements can have a half-thread, with the two half-threads together forming the external thread. In both alternatives, the two angle elements can be fixed to the base body using the threaded screw, not only but also tightened relative to the profile part. This allows the entire fastening device to be securely attached to the profile part.

[0024] In a preferred embodiment, at least one adjustment contour for adjusting the two angle elements is arranged in the interior of the body. If the fastening device is arranged on the profile part and the two angle elements are fixed to the base body, in particular by means of said threaded screw, in the interior of the body, the two angle elements can be adjusted and moved toward each other by means of the adjustment contour during the fixing or screwing-in process. As a result, the two engagement elements accommodated in the respective receiving groove of the profile part are also moved toward each other and thus tightened against the profile part, whereby the fastening device is securely fixed to the profile part.

[0025] According to another advantageous development, a preferably slot-like through-opening can be formed in each of the two angle elements, which extends through a tie rod element, in particular a tie rod plate. In this development, an opening with an internal thread is formed in the tie rod element, into which a threaded screw for fastening the tie rod element and thus the two angle elements to the base body can be or is screwed. By screwing in, with a fastening device arranged on the profile part and with engagement elements received in the two receiving grooves, the two angle elements are tightened against the profile part.

[0026] Particularly preferably, the base body, the tie rod element, and the two angle elements can be designed and coordinated with one another in such a way that screwing the threaded screw into the tie rod element causes the two engagement elements to move toward one another. This allows the profile part to be clamped between the two angle elements when a fastening device is arranged on the profile part, thus affixing the fastening device to the profile part in a stable and immovable manner.

[0027] The invention further relates to an arrangement with at least one fastening device according to the invention presented above. The advantages of the fastening device according to the invention explained above are therefore transferred to the arrangement according to the invention. The arrangement comprises at least one profile part extending along a longitudinal direction, which in the profile perpendicular to the longitudinal direction has a first receiving groove having an undercut and a second receiving groove arranged at a preferably right angle to the first receiving groove and having an undercut. The first engagement element of the fastening device engages in the first receiving groove, and the second engagement element of the fastening device engages in the second receiving groove. The profile part can therefore particularly preferably be clamped between the two angle elements.

[0028] The base body of the fastening device is particularly preferably designed essentially as a negative of the profile corner of the profile part on which the fastening device is arranged, so that the fastening device rests positively on the profile part in the region of the profile corner. To fix the fastening device to the profile part, the two angle elements can be pulled against the part of the profile part that rests positively on the fastening device. Contact surfaces surrounding the through-opening, which form the end faces of the base body, are preferably pressed against the profile part and can thus rest, in particular flatly, on the profile part.

[0029] According to another preferred embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, the profile part can have the geometry of a rectangle in cross-section or in profile, in particular a square with four outer sides. In this embodiment, the first receiving groove is arranged on a first outer side and the second receiving groove is arranged on a second outer side of the rectangle or square, adjacent to the first outer side. These two outer sides and thus also said two receiving grooves are preferably arranged at a right angle to one another. Particularly preferably, the fastening device is therefore arranged on a profile corner of the profile part. As a result, the two engagement elements of the two angle elements engaging in the receiving grooves can also be arranged at a right angle to one another, whereby a particularly stable fixation of the fastening device to the profile part is achieved when the angle elements are tightened.

[0030] According to a further preferred embodiment, the first receiving groove, in particular in the profile or cross-section of the profile part, has a first receiving opening which is partially closed by the first engagement element, in particular by its U-shaped base. Alternatively or additionally, in this further development, the second receiving groove, in particular in the profile or cross-section of the profile part, has a second receiving opening which is partially closed by the second engagement element, in particular by its U-shaped base. Thus, even when an engagement element is received, there is still sufficient space in both receiving grooves to accommodate a respective surface element. This surface element can thus be easily inserted through the part of the receiving opening not closed by the respective engagement element.

[0031] According to a further advantageous development, a (first) surface element of the arrangement can therefore be arranged in the part of the first receiving opening not closed by the first engagement element. Particularly preferably, this (first) surface element, together with the first engagement element, can close the first receiving opening. Alternatively or additionally, in this development, a (second) surface element can be arranged in the part of the second receiving opening not closed by the second engagement element. Particularly preferably, this (second) surface element, together with the second engagement element, can close the second receiving opening.

[0032] Particularly preferably, the first surface element in the profile extends perpendicularly away from the first outer side. Alternatively or additionally, in this variant, the second surface element in the profile extends perpendicularly away from the second outer side.

[0033] According to another preferred embodiment, the first and second receiving openings in the profile are each delimited by a first edge section and by a second edge section opposite the first edge section. The first edge section of the first receiving opening is arranged adjacent to the second edge section of the second receiving opening. Furthermore, in the profile, the U-base of the first engagement element rests against the first edge section delimiting the first receiving opening. The second U-leg of the first engagement element engages behind this first edge section. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the U-base of the second engagement element in the profile rests against the second edge section delimiting the second receiving opening. The second U-leg of the second engagement element engages behind this second edge section. This embodiment ensures particularly stable fixation of the fastening device to the profile part.

[0034] Preferably, at least one profile part can be designed as a profile rail extending along a longitudinal direction.

[0035] Further important features and advantages of the invention emerge from the subclaims, from the drawings and from the associated description of the figures based on the drawings.

[0036] It is understood that the features mentioned above and those to be explained below can be used not only in the combination specified in each case, but also in other combinations or on their own, without departing from the scope of the present invention.

[0037] Preferred embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the drawings and are explained in more detail in the following description, wherein the same reference numerals refer to the same or similar or functionally identical components.

[0038] They show, schematically: Fig. 1 the individual components of an exemplary fastening device according to the invention in a non-assembled state, Fig. 2 the base body of the fastening device of the Fig. 1 in separate perspective view, Fig. 3 a mounting of the fastening device of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrative representation on the profile part, Fig. 4a an example of an arrangement according to the invention with a profile part and with a fastening device mounted on the profile part according to the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and with two surface elements attached to the profile part, Fig. 4b a detailed representation of the Fig. 4a in the area of the profile part, Fig. 5-7 three simplified variants of the example of Fig. 1 to 4b, each of which refers to the provision of a Fig. 1 to 4b provided tie rod plate is omitted.

[0039] The Fig. 1 shows the components of an example of a fastening device 1 according to the invention. The fastening device 1 comprises a base body 2, which partially surrounds a body interior 3. Furthermore, the fastening device 1 comprises a first and a second angle element 4a, 4b for releasably fixing the base body 2 to the profile part 21. The two angle elements 4a, 4b and the base body are separate components. In an assembled state of the fastening device 1, each of the two angle elements 4a, 4b is arranged with a mounting section 5a or 5b in the body interior 3 and is releasably fastened to the base body 2. In the assembled state of the fastening device 1, each of the two angle elements 4a, 4b protrudes from the body interior 3 through a through-opening 40 provided on the base body 2 with an engagement section 6a or 6b for engaging the profile part 21.The through opening 40 is enclosed by an opening edge 41 formed by the base body 2, which is complementary to that part of the profile part 21 (cf. Fig. 3) contour, with which the base body 2 rests on the profile part 21. On the respective engagement section 6a, 6b there is a hook-like first engagement element 7a or a hook-like second engagement element 7b, each for engaging in a recess on the profile part 21 (cf. Fig. 3) provided first and second receiving grooves 22a, 22b, respectively.

[0040] In the example scenario of Fig. 1, the base body 2 extends along an axial direction A. In a longitudinal section along the axial direction A, the first and second engagement elements 7a, 7b each have a U-shaped geometry with a U-base 8 and with a first and a second leg 9a, 9b. The U-base 8 is arranged between the two U-legs 9a, 9b. As shown, the U-base 8 of the first or second engagement element 7a, 7b can be connected to the mounting section 5 via the respective first U-leg 9a. In this case, the respective engagement element 7a or 7b can be formed by the respective second leg 9b.

[0041] As the example of Fig. 1 also illustrates, a through opening 13 can be provided on each of the two angle elements 4a, 4b, which in the assembled state of the fastening device 1 (in Fig. 1) can be penetrated by a tie rod element 14 of the fastening device 1 in the form of a tie rod plate 15. Furthermore, an opening 30 with an internal thread (in Fig. 1 not visible) into which a threaded screw 16 of the fastening device 1 with an external thread 34 complementary to the internal thread can be screwed in order to fix the tension rod element 14 and thus the two angle elements 4a, 4b on the base body 2 or in the body interior 3.

[0042] In the example scenario, the base body 2, the tie rod element 14 and the two angle elements 4a, 4b are designed and coordinated with each other in such a way that screwing the threaded screw 16 into the opening 30 causes the two engagement elements 7a, 7b to move towards each other. This adjustment movement of the two engagement elements 7a, 7b of the angle elements 4a, 4b is Fig. 1 by two arrows each designated by the reference numeral 10.

[0043] The Fig. Figure 2 shows the base body 2 in a separate perspective view. Accordingly, a through-opening 17 is provided in a wall base 18 of the base body 2 for the threaded screw 16 to pass through (see Figure 2). Fig. 1). Housing walls 19 project from the wall base 18 along the axial direction A, the end faces 31 of which face away from the wall base 18 form contact surfaces 32 for engagement with the profile part 21 (cf. Fig. 3). The contact surfaces 32 form the opening edge 41 of the through-opening 40. Various partial areas 33 of the body interior 3 are designed to accommodate the mounting sections 5 of the two angle elements 4a, 4b.

[0044] The Fig. 3 and Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b show, in a perspective view and in a sectional view, an example of an arrangement 20 according to the invention with a profile part 21 and the fastening device 1 mounted on the profile part 21 according to the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The Fig. 4b a detailed representation of the Fig. 4 in the area of the fastening device 1.

[0045] The profile part 21 is designed as a profile rail 36 extending along a longitudinal direction L.

[0046] The profile part 21 or the profile rail 36 comprises according to Fig. 4b in profile perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L, a first receiving groove 22a having an undercut 23a and a second receiving groove 22b arranged at a preferably right angle to the first receiving groove 22a and having an undercut 23a. The first engagement element 7a of the fastening device 1 engages in the first receiving groove 22a, and the second engagement element 7b of the fastening device 1 engages in the second receiving groove 22b.

[0047] As the Fig. 4a, the profile part has the geometry of a rectangle 27 with four equally long outer sides 29a to 29d, i.e. a square 28. The fastening device 1 is arranged on a profile corner 39 of the profile part 21 or of the square 28. The first receiving groove 22a is arranged in a first outer side 29a and the second receiving groove 22b is arranged in a second outer side 29b of the square 28, adjacent to the first outer side 29a. A third receiving groove 22c is arranged in a third outer side 29c opposite the first outer side 29a and a fourth receiving groove 22d is arranged in a fourth outer side 29d opposite the second outer side 29b. Pairs of adjacent receiving grooves 22a to 22d are thus arranged at a right angle to one another.

[0048] According to Fig. 4b, the first receiving groove 21a in the profile of the profile part 21 has a first receiving opening 24a, which is partially closed by the first engagement element 7a or by its U-base 8. Analogously, in this development, the second receiving groove 21b in the profile of the profile part 21 has a second receiving opening 24b, which is partially closed by the second engagement element 7b or by its U-base 8. In the part 24a.1 of the first receiving opening 24a that is not closed by the first engagement element 7a, a first surface element 25a of the arrangement 20 can be arranged, as shown, which then, together with the first engagement element 7a, essentially closes the first receiving opening 24a. Likewise, in the part 24b that is not closed by the second engagement element 7b.1 of the second receiving opening 24b, a second surface element 25b of the arrangement 20 can be arranged, which then, together with the second engagement element 7b, essentially closes the second receiving opening 24b. "Essentially" in this case means that an opening gap can remain that is not closed by the engagement elements 7a, 7b or the surface elements 25a, 25b.

[0049] As the detailed representation of the Fig. 4b, the first and second receiving openings 24a, 24b are each delimited in profile by a first edge section 26a.1, 26b.1 and by a second edge section 26a.2, 26b.2 opposite the first edge section 26a.1, 26b.1. The first edge section 26a.1 of the first receiving opening 24a is arranged adjacent to the second edge section 26b.2 of the second receiving opening 24b. Furthermore, in the profile, the U-base 8 of the first engagement element 7a rests against the first edge section 26a.1 delimiting the first receiving opening 24a. The second U-leg of the first engagement element 7a engages behind this first edge section 26a.1. Finally, the U-base 8 of the second engagement element 7b rests in profile on the second edge section 26b.2 delimiting the second receiving opening 24b. The second U-leg 9b of the second engagement element 7b engages behind this second edge section 26b.2.

[0050] As the representation of the Fig. 4a and Fig. As illustrated in Figure 4b, the first surface element 25a extends perpendicularly away from the first outer side 29a in the profile. Likewise, the second surface element 25b extends perpendicularly away from the second outer side 29b in the profile.

[0051] How Fig. 2, a plurality of adjustment contours 35 for adjusting the two angle elements 4a, 4b can be arranged in the body interior 3 and preferably formed integrally on the base body 2. If the fastening device 1 is positioned on the profile part 21 for assembling the arrangement and the two angle elements 4a, 4b are fixed in the body interior 3 and thus on the base body 2 by means of the said threaded screw, then during the fixing or when screwing in the threaded screw 16 (cf. Fig. 1) the two angle elements 4a, 4b are adjusted using the adjustment contours 35 and moved toward each other. This also moves the two in the respective receiving groove 22a, 22b of the profile part 21 (cf. Fig. 3, Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b) are moved toward each other, whereby the profile part 21 is clamped between the two angle elements 4a, 4b. This securely fixes the fastening device 1 to the profile part 21.

[0052] The Fig. 5 to 7 show three different simplified variants of the example according to the Fig. 1 to 4b, in which the tie rod plate 15 is omitted.

[0053] In the example of Fig. 5, the two angle elements 4a, 4b are connected by means of a threaded screw (in Fig. 5 not shown) and a threaded nut cooperating with the threaded screw (in Fig. 5 not shown) is detachably attached to the base body 2. The base body 2 can be clamped between a screw head of the threaded screw and the two angle elements 4a, 4b. According to Fig. 5, a support plate 38 can be formed on the base body 2, which serves as a flat support 37 for a surface element 25a, 25b of the arrangement 20 according to the invention (cf. Fig. 4a, Fig. 4b). The support plate 38 can be formed integrally on the base body 2.

[0054] The Fig. 6 shows an alternative version of the example of Fig. 5, which dispenses with the use of a threaded screw. As a replacement for such a threaded screw, the two angle elements 4a, 4b share a common external thread 11. A threaded nut 12 with an internal thread can be screwed onto this external thread such that the base body 2 is clamped between the two angle elements 4a, 4b and the threaded nut 12.

[0055] In the example of Fig. 7, the threaded nut 12 can be countersunk axially into the body interior 3.

[0056] In the example of Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the base body 2 has the geometry of a hollow cylinder or a sleeve.
