CHIP STRUCTURE AND DISPLAY FIELD

Abstract

The present disclosure reveals a chip structure and a display field belonging to the field of display technology. The chip structure comprises a first substrate, a light-emitting unit, and a color conversion unit. The light-shielding layer in the color conversion unit can comprise a body section and an extension section arranged around the body section.After light emitted from each light-emitting sub-functional layer in the light-emitting unit is emitted to the second semiconductor layer, and the light creates an optical waveguide phenomenon within the second semiconductor layer, the light emitted from the edge of the second semiconductor layer can be absorbed by the extension section in the light shielding layer. This can reduce the probability of a light leakage phenomenon in the chip structure and improve the display effect of the display field with such an integrated chip structure.
