Vehicle-external, mobile high-performance heat storage device in modular trailer design with adaptive expansion management, variable weight classes and universal recuperation interfaces, characterized in that the large-volume storage and control infrastructure is physically separated from the towing vehicle to overcome internal vehicle-side installation space limitations and is outsourced to an external, detachable trailer unit (1010), which is connected to a variable heat absorption unit (120) on the towing vehicle via thermally insulated quick-coupling interfaces (310).
