Abstract

An extraction system for raw materials from exosomes of functional plants, comprising: a nutrient medium preparation vessel containing a main nutrient medium; a feed vessel connected to the nutrient medium preparation vessel containing a feed medium; a fermentation vessel connected to the culture medium preparation vessel and the feed vessel, serving as a reaction chamber for microbial fermentation; a sterilization unit connected to the feed vessel and the fermentation vessel, serving to perform a sterilization process for the material contained therein; a cooling device connected to the fermentation vessel, serving to perform at least one cooling process for the material contained in the fermentation vessel; and a bacterial strain inoculation unit connected to the fermenter to introduce a bacterial strain into the fermenter.a unit for adding herbal extracts, which is connected to the fermenter to introduce an herbal extract; and a freeze-drying unit, which is connected to the outlet of the fermenter to dry the fermentation broth into a powder.
