Abstract

A conductive terminal (1), characterized in that it comprises an insertion section (11) arranged at one end, in the insertion section (11) an insertion cavity (12) is formed into which a mating terminal can be inserted, a side wall (13) of the insertion cavity (12) is divided into a plurality of contact lamellae (14) which extend in the direction of an axis of the insertion cavity (12) and are inclined towards the axis of the insertion cavity (12), wherein at one end of each of the contact lamellae (14) two projections (15) are provided which project into the interior of the insertion cavity (12) and are arranged on both sides of the end of the contact lamella (14), wherein the two projections (15) can touch the mating terminal to form an electrical connection between them when the mating terminal is inserted into the insertion cavity (12).
