Battery cell comprising a positive electrode foil, wherein the positive electrode foil comprises a positive electrode collector and a positive electrode film layer arranged on at least one side of the positive electrode collector, wherein the porosity of the positive electrode film layer is between 10% and 25%; wherein the positive electrode film layer comprises positive electrode active material particles and a conductive medium; wherein the conductive medium comprises a one-dimensional conductive medium, wherein in the cross-section of the positive electrode film layer along the thickness direction of the positive electrode foil, the proportion of positive electrode active material particles connected by the one-dimensional conductive medium in the total positive electrode active material particles is between 20% and 100%.
