Molecules that bind to mutant calreticulin and their uses

Abstract

This description relates to antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof, that bind to mutant calreticulin. This description also relates to bispecific antibodies and bispecific antigen-binding fragments thereof, that bind to mutant calreticulin and cluster of differentiation 3. Cells expressing the antibodies, polynucleotides and vectors expressing some of the antibodies, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies, and methods for inhibiting the growth or proliferation of, or treating, myeloproliferative neoplasms are also provided.
