ANTI-CD20 X ANTI-CD28 COMBITHERAPIES

Abstract

This document presents novel anti-CD20 x anti-CD28 antibodies and methods for using these antibodies to treat B-cell malignancies. The anti-CD20 x anti-CD28 antibodies in question can bind to the costimulatory molecules CD28 on T lymphocytes and CD20 on tumor cells. Therefore, these antibodies enhance antitumor activity at tumor sites. The antibodies described herein are particularly useful in combination with other cancer therapies (e.g., anti-CD3 x anti-CD20 x anti-CD79b antibodies) for the treatment of B-cell malignancies.
