This device is very practical to use; simply take a medicine box between the thumb and forefinger of one hand from the dispenser's gripping slot; the removed box will be replaced by the box above. Once the dispenser is empty, simply refill it by placing new boxes in the refilling mechanism by removing the lid and filling the empty columns.
