Abstract

The cable transport installation is equipped with a car (3) and a station (1). The station (1) includes a driving device (5) for moving the car (3) along the station (1). The driving device (5) determines the path of movement of the car and moves it. The platform (6) is located on one side of the running track. The platform (6) makes it possible to move next to the driving device (5) and to perform operations on the driving device (5). The station (1) determines a gap for the passage of the clamp (3a) of the car (3). The driving device (5) is located between the platform (6) and the gap for passage. The additional platform (8) is movable between the first and second positions. In the first position, the additional platform (8) does not create obstacles for the movement of the car (3). Claims

1. A station (1) for maintenance of a cable transport installation, equipped with at least one car (3), wherein the station (1) includes: a driving device (5) configured to move at least one wagon (3) at a station (1), the driving device (5) determines a path of movement of at least one wagon (3) at a station (1), the driving device (5) includes a plurality of movable parts capable of moving at least one wagon (3) at a station (1); a platform (6) located on a first side of the walking track, wherein the platform (6) has a configuration that allows an operator to pass next to the moving device (5) and perform work on the moving device (5); at least one casing (7) movably mounted between the protective position and the working position, wherein in the protective position at least one casing (7) at least partially covers the driving device (5) in order to separate the operator located on the platform (6) from the driving device (5) and prevent access to the driving device (5), and in the working position at least one casing (7) provides access to the driving device (5); a clamp (3a) of at least one car (3) configured to move along the running track, wherein the clamp (3a) secures at least one car (3) to the cable (2), and the driving device (5) is located between the platform (6) and the arm of the car (3) moving along the running track; a station characterized in that it includes at least one additional platform (8), separate from at least one casing (7), wherein at least one additional platform (8) is movably installed between a retracted position and a maintenance position with the help of a controller (14), separate from at least one casing (7), wherein at least one additional platform (8) is movably installed between a retracted position and a maintenance position only when at least one casing (7) is in a working position; wherein the retracted position is a position in which at least one additional platform (8) does not create obstacles for the movement of at least one car (3) along the running track, and wherein the maintenance position is a position in which the operator can support the driving device (5) for carrying out maintenance; and in that in the maintenance position at least one additional platform (8) is located on the second side of the walking track facing the platform (6), wherein the second side is separated from the first side by the walking track in the vertical direction.

2. The station according to claim 1, in which at least one additional platform (8) is mechanically connected to at least one casing (7) by means of a mechanical connection, wherein at least one casing (7) in the protective position prevents movement of at least one additional platform (8) from the retracted position to the maintenance position.

The station according to claim 2, in which, when at least one casing (7) is in the protection position, at least one additional platform (8) is in the retracted position, and in which, when at least one casing (7) is in the working position, at least one additional platform (8) is in the maintenance position.

The station according to claim 3, in which, when at least one additional platform (8) is in the retracted position, at least one casing (7) is in the protection position, and when at least one additional platform (8) is in the maintenance position, at least one casing (7) is in the working position.

5. The station according to claim 1, in which the controller (14) is accessible from the platform (6) only when at least one casing (7) is in the working position and / or when the controller (14) is switched off, when at least one casing (7) is in the protective position.

6. The station according to claim 1, in which at least one additional platform (8) in the maintenance position prevents the movement of at least one casing (7) from the working position.

The station according to claim 1, in which at least one additional platform (8) in the maintenance position prevents movement of the cable (2) intended for setting in motion at least one car (3), or in which at least one additional platform (8) in the maintenance position prevents attachment of at least one car (3) to the cable (2) when the car (3) is disconnected from the cable (2).

The station according to claim 1, in which, in the maintenance position, at least one additional platform (8) is located in the space intended for the gap occupied by the clamp (3a), and at least one additional platform (8) forms an obstacle to the movement of at least one car (3) at the station (1).

The station according to claim 1, in which at least one casing (7) includes a plurality of casings (7) installed one behind the other along a cable (2) intended for moving at least one car (3) from one end of the station (1) to the other, and in which at least one additional platform (8) includes a plurality of additional platforms (8) located one behind the other along the cable (2), one additional platform (8) of the plurality of additional platforms (8) is connected to one casing (7) of the plurality of casings (7) to form a maintenance section, wherein each maintenance section is mechanically independent from the other maintenance sections.

10. The station according to claim 1, in which the driving device (5) includes at least one wheel (5a) configured to move the car (3) at the station (1), and in which the height of the additional platform (8) is less than the height of the axis of rotation of at least one wheel (5a).

11. The station according to claim 1, in which in the retracted position at least one additional platform (8) is completely located on the second side.

12. The station according to claim 1, comprising at least one sensor (9) configured to detect the additional platform (8) outside the retracted position and / or at least one casing (7) outside the protective position and to transmit a first signal, as well as a control circuit (15) connected to the sensor (9) for receiving said first signal, wherein the control circuit (15) is configured to stop the driving device (5) or to prevent the driving device (5) from starting upon receiving said first signal.

13. The station according to claim 1, in which at least one casing (7) in the working position forms a fence relative to the additional platform (8) in the maintenance position, wherein the fence is separated from the driving device (5) by the additional platform (8) when viewed in the vertical direction.

14. A method for performing maintenance of a cable transport installation at a station according to claim 1, comprising the following operations: moving an additional platform (8) from a retracted position to a maintenance position, wherein the maintenance position provides support for the operator performing maintenance of the driving device (5), wherein the retracted position is a position in which the additional platform (8) is located outside the free space for movement of cars at the station (1).
