Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicine and concerns the production of medical dressings, specifically the production of carbon wound-healing wipes that can be used to cleanse, treat, and accelerate the healing of wounds, burns, and other skin injuries of various etiologies both in medical facilities and in military field and home settings. In particular, they can be included in first aid kits used to provide first aid for domestic and industrial injuries, road traffic accidents, accidents, and other emergency situations. A method for producing wound-healing wipes from a carbon material with a carbon content of at least 90 wt.% includes marking the material according to the sizes of future napkins and cutting the material into napkins according to the markings; In this case, the carbon fabric of the Ural T 22R brand or the medical carbon fiber sorbent of the AUT-M-2 brand are used as the carbon material, the web of the carbon material is laid out on a flat surface and marked to obtain napkins in the shape of a square with sides from 5 to 50 cm or a rectangle with a width from 10 to 50 cm and a length from 15 to 100 cm, after which, along the marking lines of the carbon material, strips of a width of 1 cm made of elastic biocompatible polyurethane thermal film with a thickness of approximately 90 μm with an adhesive base made of polyester are applied, the strips are glued using a heat press, after which the web of fabric is cut in the middle of each glued strip of thermal film to obtain napkins in such a way that the width of the edge treated with thermal film is 5 ± 0.5 mm.The developed method enables the production of napkins from a carbon material with a high carbon content with a high accuracy of specified dimensions and shape, with the formation of an edging at the cutting points of the carbon fabric, which prevents fraying of the edges of the napkins while maximally preserving the working surface of the napkin and without compromising the elasticity of the napkin.
