Abstract

The invention relates to the field of ventilation system equipment, in particular to linear slot diffusers for distributing air flows, built into a ceiling made of plasterboard (GKL) and a metal frame. The main technical result is a reduction in noise during air distribution due to more effective sliding of air flows along the inner surface of the profile. In a preferred embodiment, a ventilation diffuser is claimed, comprising two profiles connected to each other by a fixing element placed on the upper part of the profiles, wherein an air flow deflector is located on the fixing element, and the profiles have a rounded inner surface, wherein the rounding of the inner surface is continuous from the upper to the lower parts of the profile and the length of the rounded surface is more than 50% of the entire height of the profile.

Claims

1. A ventilation diffuser comprising two profiles connected to each other by a fixing element located on the upper part of the profiles, wherein an air flow deflector is located on the fixing element, and each profile has a rounded inner surface forming an internal working space for the passage of air flows, within which an air flow deflector is located, made in a shape as shown in Fig. 2, wherein the rounding of the inner surface of the profiles is continuous from the upper to the lower parts of the profile and the length of the rounded surface is more than 50% of the entire height of the profile.

2. A ventilation diffuser according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer surface of the profiles is formed by at least one hollow segment.

3. A ventilation diffuser according to item 1, characterized in that the lower surface of the profiles is made profiled.

4. A ventilation diffuser according to paragraph 2, characterized in that the hollow segment is made in the form of a frame element, which is walls framing the cavity.

5. A ventilation diffuser according to item 1, characterized in that the upper part of the profiles is L-shaped.

6. A ventilation diffuser according to item 1, characterized in that the fixing element is placed on projections located in the upper part of the profiles.

7. A ventilation diffuser according to claim 1, characterized in that the profiles additionally contain a paint unit located in the lower part of the profiles.

8. A ventilation diffuser according to item 1, characterized in that the air flow deflector is made in the form of a single cast structure.

9. A ventilation diffuser according to claim 8, characterized in that the air flow deflector is made from at least one hollow segment.

10. A ventilation diffuser according to item 9, characterized in that the hollow segment is made in the form of a frame element, which is walls framing the cavity.

11. A ventilation diffuser according to claim 1, characterized in that the air flow deflector is secured to the fixing element via a retaining element.

12. A ventilation diffuser according to claim 11, characterized in that the air flow deflector is designed with the possibility of rotating on the holding element.

13. A ventilation diffuser according to item 11, characterized in that the air flow deflector is designed with the possibility of rotating relative to the plane of the air flow exit from the diffuser.

14. A ventilation diffuser according to item 11, characterized in that the air flow deflector is designed with the possibility of partially or completely blocking the cavity for the passage of air masses.

15. A ventilation diffuser according to claim 12, characterized in that the air flow deflector is designed with the possibility of changing the trajectory of the air mass flow relative to the plane of the air mass exit from the diffuser.

16. A ventilation diffuser according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the air flow deflector is removable.
