[0002] In the case of conventional cosmetic containers, it is hard to adjust an amount of content discharged from a container body, which causes the content to be unnecessarily consumed. To solve such a problem, a pipet type container has been developed, which discharges a content stored therein by a fixed amount. Generally, the pipet type container includes a body in which a content is stored, a pipet for sucking and discharging the content stored in the body, and a pressurizing part for generating changes in the internal pressure of the pipet.
[0003] In the case of the conventional pipet type container, however, at least one part and other parts are made of materials different from one another so that it is inconvenient that the parts constituting the container have to be separated from one another before the container is thrown away. In the case where the container is provided with a spring made of a different material (e.g., metal or steel) from the body, it is hard to perform the separation and disposal of the container, without any removal of the spring.
[0004] In the case of the conventional pipet type container, further, the pipet enters the content when used, so that if the pipet is contaminated, there are limitations in developing a pipet type container configured to allow only a container in which a content is stored to be separated from an outer container and then replaced with new one.Disclosure Technical Problem
[0005] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the related art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a container that is capable of allowing an inner container and an outer container to be made of the same material as each other so that the container is easily recycled and thus eco-friendly.
[0006] It is another object of the present invention to provide a container that is capable of allowing an inner container to be readily detachably coupled to an outer container so that when the content stored in the inner container is used up, the inner container is separated from the outer container and then replaced with new one.
[0007] The technical problems to be achieved through the present invention are not limited as mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned herein will be obviously understood by one of ordinary skill in the art through the following description.Technical Solution
[0008] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a container may include: an outer container; a discharge part disposed at one end of the outer container to discharge a content to the outside; an inner fastening cap fixed to the inside of the outer container; and an inner container in which the content is stored, wherein the inner container is inserted into and fixed to the outer container through the inner fastening cap in such a way as to be spatially connected to the discharge part, and the inner container is separated from the inner fastening cap and replaceable with new one.Advantageous Effects of Invention
[0009] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the container is configured to allow the outer container and the inner container to be made of the same material as each other so that it can be thrown away, without any separation among the parts, thereby being easily recycled and thus eco-friendly.
[0010] According to one embodiment of the present invention, further, the container is configured to allow the inner container to be easily coupled to and separated from the outer container so that if the content of the inner container is used up, the inner container can be separated from the outer container and then replaced with new one.
[0011] The effectiveness of the invention is not limited as mentioned above, and it should be understood to those skilled in the art that the effectiveness of the invention may include another effectiveness as not mentioned above from the detailed description of the present invention.Brief Description of Drawings

[0033] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0034] FIG. 1 is a front view showing a container according to an embodiment of the present invention in which an inner container is fastened to an outer container and a replacement inner container of the container, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing the container according to an embodiment of the present invention in which the inner container is fastened to the outer container and the replacement inner container of the container.
[0035] Referring to FIGs. 1 and 2, a container according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an outer container 100 and an inner container 200 inserted into the outer container 100 in such a way as to be fastened to and separated from the outer container 100.
[0036] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the outer container 100 is a bottle-shaped protection and support part that is easy to insert the inner container 200 or 201 filled with a content thereinto in such a way as to detachably couple the inner container 200 or 201 thereto, while protecting the inner container 200 or 201 coupled thereto from external environments and supporting a discharge part 150 adapted to discharge the content thereagainst. For example, the discharge part 150 includes a pipet.
[0037] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner container 200, as a container in which the content is stored, is detachably coupled to the outer container 100. The inner container 200 is easily insertedly fastened to and separated from the outer container 100.
[0038] If the content is used up, the inner container 200 is replaceable with another inner container 201 filled with new content. For example, if the content of the inner container 200 is used up, the inner container 200 is separated from the outer container 100 by a user, and next, a replacement cap 240 of the replacement inner container 201 that is provided together with the container or purchased separately from the container is removed. After that, the replacement inner container 201 is insertedly fastened to the outer container 100 so that the container can be reused.
[0039] The inner container 200 is sold to the user in a state of being inserted into the outer container 100, and otherwise, the outer container 100 and the inner container 200 are sold to the user in a state of being separated from each other so that if it is desired to use the container, they are coupled to each other by the user.
[0040] The inner container 200 whose content is used up has the same structure as the replacement inner container 201 filled with the content. Therefore, an explanation of the inner container 200 as will be discussed below will be given in the same manner as the replacement inner container 201.
[0041] The content stored in the inner container 200 is a liquid or gel type fluid, which includes a cosmetic, a medical content, or a quasi-drug such as toothpaste, but it may not be limited thereto. The content may include all types of materials that can be sucked and discharged through the discharge part 150. Further, the outer container 100 has the shape of a bottle, but of course, the outer container 100 may have various shapes, such as the shape of a tube, without being limited thereto.
[0042] FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the outer container and the inner container of the container according to the embodiment of the present invention are separated from each other.
[0043] According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIGs. 3 and 4, the outer container 100 includes a body 110, a top portion 120, and a neck 130.
[0044] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the body 110 has an inner space into which the inner container 200 is inserted and serves to protect the inner container 200 inserted thereinto.
[0045] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the top portion 120 is adapted to dispose the discharge part 150 therein and has a support structure adapted to support the inserted discharge part 150 thereagainst. For example, the support structure includes a coupling structure with protrusions and grooves. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the discharge part 150 is sealed by means of the over cap 140. The discharge part 150 has a discharge hole on the end portion thereof. The discharge part 150 is formed integrally with the body 110.
[0047] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner container 200 includes a replacement body 210, an elastic deformation portion 230, and a fastening portion 220.
[0048] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the replacement body 210 as a portion in which the content is stored is hollow.
[0049] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic deformation portion 230 is connected integrally with the replacement body 210 and serves to have elastic and storing functions. As the elastic deformation portion 230 extends from the replacement body 210 and is thus formed integrally therewith, without being provided as a separate part and thus coupled to the replacement body 210, the manufacturing cost of the container becomes lowered and the manufacturing process becomes simplified, thereby enhancing a production efficiency thereof.
[0050] If the elastic deformation portion 230 is pressed, it becomes compressed, and if the elastic deformation portion 230 is released from being pressed, it returns to its original position. For example, the elastic deformation portion 230 is a bellows that has alternating peaks and valleys. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a pressing force generated when a bottom cap 250 is pressed causes the elastic deformation portion 230 to be deformed so that the content is pressurized and discharged to the outside.
[0051] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening portion 220 has a fastening structure to the inner fastening cap 300 fastened to the outer container 100. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening portion 220 has a screw thread 221 on the outer peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to be fastened to the inner fastening cap 300. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner fastening cap 300 is fixed to the inside of a neck 130 of the outer container 100. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner fastening cap 300 is fastened to the fastening portion 220 of the inner container 200 so that the inner container 200 is fixed to the outer container 100.
[0054] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner fastening cap 300 consists of an insertion portion 310 and a detachable portion 320. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the insertion portion 310 is forcedly fitted to the neck 130 of the outer container 100 and has at least one or more locking structures. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the detachable portion 320 is fastened to the fastening portion 220 of the inner container 200 and has a screw thread on the inner peripheral surface thereof. A coupling structure of the inner fastening cap 300 will be explained below.
[0055] FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing a state before the inner container is fastened to the inner fastening cap after the inner container has been inserted into the outer container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing a state in which the inner container is fastened to the inner fastening cap fastened to the outer container according to the embodiment of the present invention.
[0056] According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIGs. 5 and 6, the inner fastening cap 300 is fastened to the internal space of the neck 130. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the neck 130 of the outer container 100 has a first support portion 131 for fixing the inner fastening cap 300 thereto. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first support portion 131 is hollow in such a way as to extend in the opposite direction to the insertion direction into the inner container 200 and thus fixedly inserts the inner fastening cap 300 into the internal space thereof.
[0057] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first support portion 131 has at least one or more first locking structures 132 on the inner peripheral surface thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first locking structures 132 serve to prevent the inner fastening cap 300 from being excessively inserted into the first support portion 131. The first locking structures 132 are at least one or more locking portions. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the insertion portion 310 of the inner fastening cap 300 has second locking structures 312 on the outer peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to correspond to the first locking structures 132, so that the second locking structures 312 and the first locking structures 132 are brought into close contact with each other, thereby preventing the inner container 200 from being excessively inserted into the outer container 100.
[0058] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the detachable portion 320 has a diameter greater than the insertion portion 310 and is fastened to the fastening portion 220 of the inner container 200 at the inside thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the detachable portion 320 has a screw thread 321 on an inner peripheral surface 322 thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the detachable portion 320 has a second support portion 323 adapted to support the inner container 200 fastened thereto. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second support portion 323 is substantially hollow in such a way as to extend from the detachable portion 320 in the opposite direction to the insertion direction into the inner container 200 and be thus brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the inner container 200 on at least one surface thereof.
[0059] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second support portion 323 has a second slant surface 324 on the outer peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to allow the fastening portion 220 of the inner container 200 to be easily inserted into the detachable portion 320.
[0060] According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the fastening portion 220 of the inner container 200 is fastened to the inner fastening cap 300, it is located between the detachable portion 320 and the second support portion 323 of the inner fastening cap 300.
[0061] FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing a state in which the inner container is fastened to the inner fastening cap of the outer container according to the embodiment of the present invention.
[0062] Referring to FIG. 7, if the inner container 200 is fastened to the outer container 100, the inner container 200, the inner fastening cap 300, and the discharge part 150 are spatially connected to one another, thereby forming a flow path of the content from the inner container 200 to the discharge hole 154 of the discharge part 150.
[0063] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner fastening cap 300 has a first flow path 325 and a second flow path 326 having an inner diameter smaller than the first flow path 325. The first flow path 325 and the second flow path 326 are spatially connected to the discharge part 150 and thus serve as a portion of the flow path of the content stored in the inner container 200.
[0064] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner fastening cap 300 (particularly, the insertion portion 310) has an orifice 316 on top thereof in such a way as to adjust an amount of content discharged. An outlet of the orifice 316 has an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the second flow path 326. The second flow path 326 becomes gradually reduced in inner diameter toward the orifice 316. Further, the inner diameter of the orifice 316 becomes gradually reduced toward the discharge direction of the content. Through such changes in the inner diameter, an amount of content discharged is controlled, and even if the inner container 200 is pressed, the content is discharged by a fixed amount, without being excessively discharged. According to one embodiment of the present invention, further, the orifice 316 has a relatively flat top and a rear portion whose sectional area increases toward the outlet (central portion) thereof. That is, the sectional area of the orifice 316 becomes gradually reduced from the center of the outlet thereof in an outward direction with respect to the rear portion thereof so that the rear portion of the orifice 316 has a slant surface around the outlet thereof. Under such a structure, the content pushed toward the orifice 316 by means of the pressurization of the inner container 200 is distributed around the outlet so that the amount of content passing through the outlet is primarily adjusted.
[0065] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the discharge part 150 is spatially connected to the inner fastening cap 300. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the discharge part 150 has a third flow path 152 having a diameter greater than the second flow path 326 and smaller than the first flow path 325. As the second flow path 326 is spatially connected to the third flow path 152, the content passing through the first flow path 325 and the second flow path 326 moves to the third flow path 152. The content filled in the third flow path 152 passes through the discharge hole 154 and is then discharged to the outside.
[0066] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first flow path 325, the second flow path 326, and the orifice 316 become reduced gradually in inner diameter so that the content that moves by means of the pressurization of the inner container 200 passes through the first flow path 325 and the second flow path 326, thereby being primarily adjusted in amount discharged, and next, the content passes through the narrow outlet of the orifice 316, thereby being secondarily adjusted in amount discharged. As a result, the content is discharged to the discharge hole 154 by the fixed amount through the third flow path 152. Arrows indicated in the first to third flow paths 325, 326, and 152 mean the moving directions of the content.
[0067] According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIGs. 8 and 9, the inner fastening cap 300 has the insertion portion 310 on one side thereof (for example, on an upper portion thereof) and the detachable portion 320 on the other side thereof (for example, on a lower portion thereof) so as to allow the inner container 200 to be seated onto the inside of the neck 130. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the insertion portion 310 of the inner fastening cap 300 consists of at least one or more locking protrusions 314 adapted to be fixed to the inside of the neck 130 of the outer container 100 and a rotation prevention portion 313 extending from the locking protrusions 314. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the locking protrusions 314 serve to prevent the inner fastening cap 300 inserted into the inside of the neck 130 from escaping therefrom in the opposite direction to the insertion direction of the inner container 200, and to do this, the locking protrusions 314 have a stepped portion.
[0068] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotation prevention portion 313 serves to prevent the inner fastening cap 300 inserted into the inside of the neck 130 from rotating. For example, after the inner container 200 fastened to the outer container 100 has been separated from the outer container 100, the rotational force generated in a process where another inner container 200 is fastened to the outer container 100 may cause the inner fastening cap 300 fastened to the outer container 100 to move, and to prevent the inner fastening cap 300 from moving, therefore, the rotation prevention portion 313 is provided.
[0069] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotation prevention portion 313 consists of a plurality of protrusions. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the respective protrusions protrude outward in such a way as to extend in the inserted direction of the insertion portion 310, while being equally spaced apart from one another on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 310.
[0070] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first support portion 131 has a plurality of fixing grooves 133 on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to insert the protrusions of the rotation prevention portion 313 thereinto.
[0071] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the inner fastening cap (300) is formed with a first slant surface (315) at a portion thereof, so that engagement with the first support portion (131) can be achieved.
[0072] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the outer container 100 and / or the inner container 200 are made of the same material as each other. For example, the outer container 100, the discharge part 150, and the inner fastening cap 300 are made of the same material as one another, and otherwise, the replacement body 210, the fastening portion 220 and the elastic deformation portion 230 of the inner container 200 are made of the same material as one another. For example, the same material includes polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). As a result, the container itself can be recycled, without any separation between the parts of the outer container 100 and / or the parts of the inner container 200, thereby providing ecofriendly advantages.
[0073] A method for using the container according to the embodiment of the present invention will be explained below with reference to FIG. 10. If the content of the inner container 200 is used up, the inner container 200 fastened to the outer container 100 rotates and is thus released from the fastened state, and next, the inner container 200 is separated from the outer container 100 in an arrow direction of ① and thus removed from the outer container 100 (See FIG. 10a).
[0074] After that, the replacement cap 240 of the replacement inner container 201 filled with the content is separated from the replacement inner container 201 (See FIG. 10b), and next, the replacement inner container 201 is inserted into the inner fastening cap 300 in an arrow direction of ② (See FIG. 10c) and then rotates so that the inner container 201 is fixed to the inner fastening cap 300 fastened to the outer container 100.
[0075] After the replacement inner container 201 filled with the content has been fastened, the discharge part 150 faces down, and next, after the over cap 140 of the outer container 100 is separated, the bottom cap 250 of the inner container 201 is pressed in an arrow direction of ③ (See FIG. 10d) so that the content is discharged to the outside through the discharge part 150. As the bottom cap 250 is pressed, the replacement inner container 201 is changed in volume of content and thus discharges the content to the outside through the discharge part 150.
