Abstract

Cooking utensil assembly, the cooking utensil comprising a container (1) and a lid (2) adapted to be placed on an upper edge (1.2) of the container (1), the assembly comprising a sheet-like element (3) adapted to surround the cooking utensil so as to hold the lid (2) in an inverted position attached to the container (1), wherein the sheet-like element (3) comprises first transversely shaped fold lines (3.1) that define in said sheet-like element (3): - an upper section (3.2) configured to axially retain the lid (2) on the upper edge (1.2) of the container (1), - lower sections (3.3) configured to be fixed together in use, and - two side sections (3.4) connecting the lower sections (3.3) to the upper section (3.2), characterized in that the sheet-like element (3) comprises Second longitudinally formed fold lines (3.5) delimiting two lateral tabs (3.21) of the upper section (3.2), wherein, in use, said lateral tabs (3.21) are configured to be inserted and engaged on an inner step (2.11) of a perimeter ring (2.1) of the lid (2), such that said lateral tabs (3.21) radially retain the lid (2) on the upper edge (1.2) of the container (1).
