Abstract
Description
PRESSURE DEVICE FOR CLOSING JEWELRY ELEMENTS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention, as can be seen from its title, refers to a pressure device for closing elements of jewelry, costume jewelry and the like, intended to securely but removably attach a piece of jewelry, such as an earring, to the body of a user. The device allows for reliable attachment, preventing accidental loss of the jewelry piece, while also enabling easy placement and removal without causing discomfort to the user or damage to the jewelry item. FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The invention falls within the technical sector of jewelry and costume jewelry, and more specifically in the field of fastening and closing means for personal adornment items, such as earrings, brooches or other similar items. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Various pressure devices are known to be used for closing jewelry and costume jewelry items, especially earrings, consisting of friction pieces, screw closures or elastic systems. However, these devices have drawbacks such as insufficient fastening, premature wear, difficulty in handling, or accidental loss of the closure. Furthermore, known devices do not incorporate, in combination, the technical means described in the present invention. The inventor is unaware of any prior work presenting the structural and functional combination described herein, therefore the proposed device constitutes a novel and advantageous solution compared to the known state of the art. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention proposes a pressure device consisting of a set of coaxially assembled elements that cooperate with each other to retain a locking pin associated with a piece of jewelry. The device essentially comprises a bowl, a retaining rubber, a clip system, a top cover and a locking stick, the latter of which may have a thread or notches intended for its retention. The combination of these elements allows for a secure closure, adaptable to different stick configurations, which can be released either by unscrewing or by pulling, depending on the implementation adopted. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a sheet of drawings is attached to this descriptive report as an integral part thereof, in which identical elements are indicated with identical references and where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: FIGURE NO. 1. View of all the elements that make up the device in their relative working position. FIGURE NO. 2 Side section view of the device with all elements in their working position. FIGURE #3 Side view of a toothpick (5) with notches (7) And in these figures, the same elements are identified with identical numbering: (1) .- top cover, (1) - center hole of the top cover (1) (2) , - clip system, (2) - central drill of the clip system (2) (3) .- retaining rubber, (3) - central hole of the retaining rubber (3) (4) .- cup, (4) - central hole of the cup (4) (5) .- locking pin, (6) .- thread, (7) .- notches, (8) .- supporting element, (8) - drill of the supporting element (9) - stop and support of the piece of jewelry or costume jewelry, (10) - piece of jewelry or costume jewelry PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The pressure device for closing jewelry, costume jewelry and similar items is a device that allows a piece of jewelry, such as an earring, to be attached to a user in such a way that the piece of jewelry is securely fixed, but removable. In a preferred embodiment, the device consists of the following individual elements, which we list from the base to the top. -Cup (4), consisting of a torus of resistant but flexible material, with an approximate diameter of 7mm, and a height of 3.5 to 4 mm, with a base drilled by a central hole (4). And an open upper part where the rest of the pieces are supported -Retaining rubber (3), consisting of a solid piece of rubber with a cylindrical shape and an approximate thickness of 2 mm, and with a central cylindrical hole of 0.90. This piece fits into the cup (4), making the virtual axis of its central hole (3) coincide with the virtual central axis of the cup (4). -clip system (2) consisting of a ring of resistant material, but due to its small thickness flexible, which supports a band across the diameter of a central hole (2) of the same diameter as the hole in the cup (4), i.e., the hole (4), and which rests on the retaining rubber (3) and which together with it form the retaining assembly of a stick (5), either by means of the thread of the stick (6) or by the notches that a stick (7) presents -a round top cover (1) with a lower perimeter rim, made of rigid material, which hooks onto the outer perimeter of the cup (4) and has a central circular area that is slightly sunken to be able to press on the supporting element (8), with a central hole (1) on the same virtual vertical axis as the other holes, (2), (3) and (4). --supporting element (8) where the jewelry and costume jewelry element will be fixed and which could be the pierced earlobe or a piece of not very dense fabric. -Closing stick (5), consisting of a stick of greater length than the rest of the assembled pieces, (4), (3), (") and (1), and an approximate diameter of 0.90 mm. with a thread (6) located in the lower third of its length which will be inserted through the holes of all the previously assembled pieces and which will be fixed in its closing working position by means of the clip system (2) and the retaining rubber (3). The stick (5) has a thin piece of 1 to 3 mm, perpendicular to its virtual axis and which will support the jewelry or costume jewelry element (10) The locking stick (5) can be easily removed by unscrewing it. In another preferred embodiment, the locking stick (5) has two notches (7) in the lower third area where it will be held by means of the clip system (2) and the retaining rubber (3) whose central hole diameter (3) is smaller than that of the locking stick. Depending on whether the stick (5) is held by the first or second notch, the pressure exerted will be less or greater In this case, the locking stick (5) will come out by pulling on it. Having sufficiently described the nature of the invention, as well as the manner of carrying it out, it should be noted that the provisions indicated above and represented in the attached drawings are subject to detailed modifications as long as they do not alter their fundamental principles, established in the preceding paragraphs and summarized in the following claims.
