Description

WIRELESS SWITCH DEVICE CAMOUFLAGED IN A STONE OR OTHER GEOLOGICAL FEATURE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention, as stated in the present descriptive memorandum, refers to a wireless switch device camouflaged in a stone or other geological element, providing advantages and characteristics to the function for which it is intended, which are described in detail below. The object of the present invention is a device comprising a switch and a wirelessly linked receiver, consisting of an electronic device applicable to allow the remote operation of another electronic apparatus or device by contact with a part of the human body, normally a finger, on the switch itself, has the particularity that it does so through a stone or other geological element such as a rock, a precious stone, a fossil, a mineral, a meteorite or other geological element, which may or may not be of a decorative or sculptural nature, as a contact element that activates its operation, providing a wireless operating system, for example of a lamp or other electrical or electronic apparatus, equipment or system, which, being in view, is completely hidden by being camouflaged in an element that is not obvious for such purpose. FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The field of application of the present invention falls within the sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of electronic drive apparatus and devices, focusing particularly on the field of wireless switches. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, there are countless solutions, in the domestic and industrial environment, that allow lights, or other electronic elements, to be turned on remotely. Two examples could be a remote control with RF technology, or a smartphone application that uses Bluetooth or WiFi. However, until now, the device that acts as a switch or actuator has been a device specifically designed for that purpose, either recessed into a wall or console, or a remote control. In either case, it has an appearance appropriate to its intended function, that is, with buttons and / or markers, LED lights, or other indicators and signals that clearly communicate its purpose to the user. The problem is that, especially in interior design, including these elements can detract from the aesthetic appeal of the space. For example, in a room where every detail has been carefully considered to achieve a harmonious appearance and coordinate shapes, textures, and colors with decorative and / or sculptural elements, adding an electronic device like a conventional light switch to turn on lights, activate blinds, or operate audiovisual equipment can be completely inappropriate and disrupt the aesthetic harmony the decorator is aiming for. It is in this context that the present invention has its main objective, since it allows the introduction of a necessary instrument perfectly camouflaged in an aesthetic element that does not appear to have a function, while at the same time providing an unexpected sensory experience. Furthermore, and with reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least as far as the applicant is concerned, there is no knowledge of any other hidden wireless device or switch, or any other invention of similar application, that has technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal or similar to those claimed herein. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The wireless switch device camouflaged in a stone or other geological element proposed by the invention represents an optimal solution to achieve the objectives mentioned above, with the characterizing details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description. Specifically, what the invention proposes, as previously mentioned, is a wireless switch device consisting of an electronic device applicable to allow the remote operation of another electronic apparatus or device by contact with a part of the human body, normally a finger. Its distinguishing feature is that it uses a stone or other geological element, such as a rock, gemstone, fossil, mineral, meteorite, or other geological element, as the contact element for its operation. This element may be decorative or sculptural, although this is not a limitation. It provides a wireless operating system, for example, for a lamp or other electrical or electronic apparatus, equipment, or system, which, while visible, remains completely hidden by being camouflaged or concealed in an element that is not obvious for this purpose. Thus, in a non-limiting embodiment option, said geological element is a stone that, when touched by hand, turns a light on and off, all without the need for wiring since the stone rests on a table or other surface, without any type of cable around it and, when touched, allows a light present in the room to be turned on. In this case, the advantage in innovation is that it is not at all obvious that an electronic element can be switched remotely by touching a geological element, such as a stone, with your finger. It is, therefore, the ability to camouflage that distinguishes the switch that is the subject of the invention. Currently, to turn on a light or other electronic devices, physical switches, RF remote controls or BT / WiFi applications are used, and, unlike these, the switch that is the subject of the invention offers two fundamental advantages: - The incorporation of beauty into elements that are, today, purely practical. - The elevation of the experience of switching an electronic device through a unique sensory practice. To this end, and more specifically, the switch that is the subject of the invention basically comprises the following elements: - The decorative and / or tactile sculptural geological element, with whose contact the switch is activated, which may consist of a rock, a precious stone, a fossil, a mineral or a meteorite. - An emitter element which, in turn, comprises: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) with a capacitive sensor to capture the signal, capacitance regulator software, a potentiometer to regulate the capacitance, a 433MHz RF (radio frequency) module to send the signal and a support for powering the emitter assembly. - A transmitting element, which may consist of one or more metal cylinders, which are integrated into perforations made for this purpose in the geological element, on its lower part or a hidden side, to transmit the capacitance through it. - And a receiving element which, in turn, comprises a 433MHz RF antenna, a relay and a bypass that allows switching the target electronic device or element of the switch, such as, for example, a light bulb in a lamp. The emitter is placed inside the geological element and attached to it by the transmitter, for example, integrated into a base or support stand. The receiver, meanwhile, is located at a distance, within the range of the emitter's signal, connected to the device or electronic component to be switched. It can be configured as a separate component to which the device to be switched is plugged in, such as a lamp. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive document is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by sheets of drawings in which the following has been represented for illustrative and non-limiting purposes: Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an example of the wireless switch device camouflaged in a stone or other geological element of the invention, represented with a lamp as an example of the device to be switched; Figure 2 shows an enlarged schematic view of the device of the invention, according to the example shown in Figure 1, showing both the switch itself and the transmitting element that connects to the device to be switched, in an example of the same independently connectable; and Figure number 3 shows a schematic view of the internal components that comprise the switch for its operation. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, one can observe in them an example of a non-limiting embodiment of the wireless switch device camouflaged in a stone or other geological element of the invention, which comprises what is described in detail below. Thus, as can be seen in said figures, the device of the invention is of the type comprising a switch (1) properly so called, applicable to provide remote operation of an electronic switching component of an electrical or electronic apparatus (2), such as for example a lamp as shown in figure 1, by contact of said switch (1) with a finger or other part of the human body, said switch (1) being wirelessly linked to a receiving element (14) capable of being connected to the electronic switching component of the electrical or electronic apparatus (2). And, based on this already known configuration, the device is essentially distinguished by comprising, as the contact element of the switch (1) that activates said drive, a geological element (3) such as a stone, a rock, a precious stone, a fossil, a mineral or a meteorite, which may or may not be of a decorative and / or sculptural nature. For this purpose, preferably, the switch (1) basically comprises the following elements: - The decorative and / or sculptural geological element (3), with whose contact the switch (1) is activated, which, as noted, may consist of a stone, a rock, a precious stone, a fossil, a mineral or a meteorite. - An emitting element (4) which, in turn, comprises: - a PCB (5) with a capacitive sensor (6) to capture the signal, - a microcontroller (7) with capacitance regulator software, - a potentiometer (8) to regulate the capacitance, - an RF module (9), for example 433MHz to send the signal, and - a support (10) for powering the transmitter assembly. - And a transmitting element (11), preferably made up of one or more metal cylinders, which are integrated into perforations (12) made for this purpose in the geological element (3), preferably on its lower part or a hidden side, to transmit the capacitance through it. The emitting element (4) is incorporated into the geological element (3) and attached to it by means of the transmitting element (11). However, preferably, the power supply support (10), for example consisting of a battery holder, can be incorporated into a base or pedestal (13) on which the geological element (3) rests, being connected to the emitter (4) and transmitter (11) by means of wiring (20). In parallel, the switch (1) is wirelessly linked to a receiving element (14) capable of being connected to the electronic switching component of the electrical or electronic device (2) whose operation is to be controlled remotely through the switch, which, in turn, comprises at least an RF antenna (15), in the preferred example a 433MHz antenna, and a relay (16), which allows switching of said device (2), also preferably including a bypass (17) or branch circuit, depending on the type of device (2). Optionally, said receiving element (14) is configured as an independent and compact component provided with a female socket base (18) and a male plug (19) for connection to the mains socket, so that any appliance (2) that you want to switch with the switch (1) can be plugged into it, for example a lamp. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field can understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it.
