Description

PORTABLE DEVICE FOR CONTAINING FUNERAL ITEMS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is a portable device for holding funerary items such as ashes, candles, photos, keepsakes, etc. The device also allows the lid to be moved to a vertical position to display photos or images for use in ceremonies and includes a base for burning candles. TECHNICAL SECTOR Funeral items. Funeral urns. Candle containers. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The prior art includes various products intended for remembrance or commemoration, such as funerary urns, reliquaries, commemorative candle holders, or symbolic decorative sets. These solutions generally offer limited functionality, acting as passive containers or as isolated elements without functional interaction between their components. Likewise, there are ceremonial systems that incorporate candles or other symbolic elements, but lack an integrated physical structure that conditions the use, allows for their subsequent preservation, and maintains their functionality when moved. The Spanish utility model ES1218996 discloses a modular columbarium for the storage of funerary urns, comprising a plurality of individual containers that can be coupled together in a matrix arrangement, preferably in rows and columns, characterized in that each of the individual containers is formed from a piece of injection-molded plastic material defined by a base and side walls, such that it defines an interior space intended to house at least one funerary urn, in which each container includes removable closing means intended to close the interior space from the exterior, in which the closing means include at least one counter-door that isolates the interior space from the exterior environment, the counter-door having releaseable locking means and a tongue-and-groove coupling system for its attachment to the individual container. Utility model ES1306391 reveals an urn in the form of a hollow moss sphere, carefully designed to hold ashes with respect and dignity. The sphere's exterior is a custom work of art, adorned with meticulously chosen decorative elements. These elements may include dried leaves, dried flowers, preserved flowers, or even a preserved bonsai tree, all artistically arranged to honor the memory of the deceased. The urn's versatility allows for the inclusion of preserved flowers, which retain their beauty over time and evoke a sense of continued connection with nature. Furthermore, for those who find meaning in bonsai, the urn offers the option of incorporating a preserved bonsai tree on its exterior, further enhancing the symbolic relationship between life and nature. With a focus on sustainability, the urn is constructed using natural and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The internal structure, which can be made of wood, clay, organic fibers, bamboo, cork, sugar cane, hemp, cotton, or other ecological and biodegradable materials that ensure structural integrity, thus promoting an environmentally friendly and sustainable approach. This combination of elements ensures that the urn is both ecological and biodegradable, allowing a harmonious transition of the materials back to nature over time. European patent application EP1304988 discloses a device for funerary containers made of paper material, comprising a main clamping element connectable, so as not to be displaced, to a first sheet element, said first sheet element being an inner side of a container, and being intended to allow the coupling of said first sheet element with at least a second sheet element, said second sheet element being an outer side of the container; a complementary clamping element actuatable on the second sheet element during operating conditions, and being intended to engage, at least partially, with the main clamping element;a main active part of the main fastening element, said main active part having mechanical fastening means that extend towards the outside of the container during assembly conditions, and being intended to engage with the complementary fastening element; and a complementary active part of the complementary fastening element, said complementary active part having interconnecting means that extend towards the inside of the container during assembly conditions, and being intended to engage with the mechanical fastening means of the main active part, wherein the mechanical fastening means comprise a thread and the interconnecting means comprise a hollow prismatic body having a helical groove inside, substantially counter-shaped with respect to the thread. None of the state-of-the-art documents have revealed a device that allows for the storage of funerary items for worship purposes while also transporting them easily. The present invention discloses a portable device for holding funerary items such as ashes, candles, photos, mementos, etc. The device is intended to provide an integrated and transportable memorial system, allowing for the preservation of the physical items associated with the memorial and maintaining their functionality intact during and after transport. The device also allows the lid to be moved to a vertical position to hold photos or images for use in ceremonies, and includes a base for burning candles. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of its practical embodiment, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a front view of the portable device (10) and the support base (5), with the lid (1) in a vertical position. A movable lid (1) can be seen, which includes a pocket (1.1) for storing photos, portraits, images, liturgical objects, etc.; a base plane (2) which includes a slate base (2.1) that allows candles to be held for combustion, a first container (2.2) and a second container (2.3), which allow the ashes of the deceased or beads, souvenirs, etc. to be stored; a movable compartment (3), arranged between the base plane (2) and the support base (5) of the portable device (10) or base of the rectangular parallelepiped, which allows horizontal movement for opening and closing; and supports (4) that can be housed between the lid (1) and the base plane (2), to reinforce the verticality of the lid (1) with respect to the base plane (2). Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the portable device (10) with the support base (5) and the lid (1) in a vertical position. The figure shows the movable lid (1), the pocket (1.1), a slate base (2.1) for holding candles, a first container (2.2), and a second container (2.3) for storing the ashes of the deceased or other items such as trinkets, keepsakes, etc. Also visible is the movable compartment (3) located between the base (2) and the support base (5) of the portable device (10), and the supports (4) that can be inserted between the lid (1) and the base (2) for reinforcement. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The present invention discloses a portable device for holding funerary items such as ashes, candles, photos, mementos, etc. The device is intended to provide an integrated and transportable memorial system, allowing for the preservation of the physical elements associated with the memorial and maintaining their functionality intact during and after transport or relocation. The portable device (10) of the invention is constituted from a rectangular parallelepiped with a support base (5), comprising a lid (1) movable for opening, from a horizontal position to a vertical position, to be used as a folding altar, where said lid (1) includes a pocket (1.1) as a compartment for storing photos, portraits, images of the deceased, liturgical objects, etc.; a base plane (2) that includes a slate base (2.1) that allows to house candles for combustion, a first container (2.2) and a second container (2.3), which allow to store the ashes of the deceased or beads, souvenirs, etc., where the first container (2.2) and the second container (2.3)3) includes lids for closing; a movable compartment (3), arranged between the base plane (2) and the support base (5) of the portable device (10), which allows horizontal movement for opening and closing, allowing the storage of candles or similar items in its inner cavity; and supports (4) that can be housed between the lid (1) and the base plane (2), to reinforce the verticality of the lid (1) with respect to the base plane (2), which prevents wear and tear of the portable device (10) from use.
