Abstract
Description
Fishing duck cover TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention relates to a folding cover for fishing ducks, i.e., for small fishing boats. The object of the invention is to provide an accessory that can be easily installed on the vessel itself, allowing its user to protect themselves from the sun and rain while fishing. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the practical application of the invention, fishing ducks are a type of small floating vessel, designed so that a single person can fish while sitting in the water. The fisherman sits in a kind of inflatable or rigid seat and floats partially submerged, with his legs in the water, propelling himself with fins similar to those used in diving. Duck fishing originated in freshwater fishing, both in reservoirs and wide rivers. It is very common and effective for reservoir fishing: black bass fishing, pike, perch, or catfish fishing, although nowadays its use is expanding to include sea fishing. Given the simplicity of this type of vessel, they do not have any means to protect the fisherman from the rain or the dazzling sun, which poses a problem or at least generates inconveniences that would be desirable to remedy. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The proposed fishing duck cover fully and satisfactorily resolves the aforementioned problem, based on a simple but highly effective solution. To this end, and more specifically, the device of the invention is made up of a "U" shaped frame with a width corresponding to the width between the skids of the fishing duck on which it is intended to be installed. The frame has, corresponding to the free ends of its lateral branches, means of fixing it to the boat's skids, such as straps or similar, while at the opposite end of said lateral branches, adjustable joints are established associated with respective arms that are linked through a second adjustable joint equipped with locking means to an upper frame on which a protective cover against rain or sun is mounted, preferably of a textile nature, without ruling out other solutions. Optionally, the "U" frame includes small wheels at each of its vertices and free ends to facilitate handling. It has also been optionally provided that adjustable joints are arranged at the free ends of the "U" frame, determining means of adjusting the angle of the frame with respect to its point of attachment to the vessel. This allows for varying the height of the deck, as well as its position on the floor plan with respect to the vessel. Furthermore, it has been planned that the arms supporting the cover can optionally be foldable, giving the assembly a greater degree of adaptability and positional adjustment. Finally, it should be noted that the cover can be folded and unfolded by means of a second upper frame that can be moved relative to the main upper frame along guides, which further increases the versatility and adaptability of the cover. On this deck, a photovoltaic solar panel can be integrated, allowing, through electronic control, the recharging of electronic devices as well as the vessel's own battery if it is powered by an electric motor. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that follows and to aid in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a cover for fishing ducks made in accordance with the object of the present invention. Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the cover installed on a fishing duck, a cover that corresponds to a simpler embodiment. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figures described, it can be observed how the cover of the invention is intended to be installed on a fishing duck (1), that is, on a small boat in whose central area a seat for the fisherman is defined. Well, according to the invention, the proposed cover is made up of a "U" shaped frame (2) equipped with wheels (12) at each of its vertices and free ends for easier handling when not in use. This frame is placed on the "U" shaped body of the vessel itself, and its free ends have means of attachment (5) to the vessel's skids, such as straps or similar, as well as adjustable joints (4) that allow the angle of the frame to be varied with respect to its point of attachment to the vessel, giving it maximum versatility to adapt to all types of fishing float tubes available on the market. In correspondence with the ends opposite the means of fixing the free branches of the frame, other adjustable joints (4) are established from which two arms (6) emerge, which can be one-piece, as shown in the embodiment variant of figure 2, or have a foldable character, including a second section (6) foldable through a ball joint (7) equipped with locking means, arms that are linked through a second adjustable joint (7) equipped with locking means to an upper frame (8) on which a cover (11) will be mounted for protection against rain or sun, preferably of a textile nature, without ruling out other equivalent solutions. In a more complex embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, this cover can have a foldable-unfoldable character to increase or decrease the surface area of coverage against rain or sun, by means of a second upper frame (9) movable with respect to the upper frame (8) through guides (10). In either case, the joints allow the height of the cover to be adjusted to the specific needs of each user, as well as its position further forward or backward depending on the position of the sun or direction of the rain. The device thus described can be easily folded with minimal volumetric occupancy when not in operation, making it easily storable and transportable, constituting an optimal accessory for this type of vessel. Finally, it only remains to point out that the roof may include a photovoltaic solar panel associated with a voltage adaptation circuit and connection for recharging electronic / electrical devices. Thanks to this design, the cover can be adjusted to different angles and movements with complete freedom. This provides the angler with exceptional comfort, allowing freedom of movement of the hands while protecting them from the sun and rain. The cover thus allows adaptation to the needs of the moment, whether to generate shade or protect from the rain, being able to adapt in height, inclination and relative position on the floor, functioning as an adjustable visor, very easy to assemble, disassemble and adjust to the needs of each user.
