Abstract
Description
URBAN MODULE EMBEDDED IN FACADE FOR RENTAL AND RETURN OF PORTABLE BATTERIES OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a system for the rental and return of rechargeable portable batteries, configured as a module intended for installation embedded in a facade or wall of a building structure. The system is designed to allow the removal and return of portable batteries through an interface accessible directly from the outside, without the need to access the interior of a building or premises. Rechargeable portable batteries are intended to power portable electronic devices, such as mobile phones or other equivalent devices. The module is arranged so that it is at least partially embedded in the thickness of the wall in which it is installed, forming part of the building assembly and facing a public access space. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the state of the art, systems for the rental and return of rechargeable portable batteries are known, generally configured as independent stations or self-supporting structures. These systems are usually installed in indoor or semi-open spaces, such as airports, shopping centers, restaurants or transit areas, and allow the removal and return of batteries using electronic means of identification and payment. In addition, in some cases, these systems allow the management of batteries between different points of an interconnected network. Representative documents of the state of the art include: • WO2019193599A1 - "Charging device rental system and method". This document describes a networked kiosk system for renting and returning external batteries, controlled by a central server and returned at various authorized locations. The invention is designed for indoor environments and does not include installation on building facades or direct access from the street. • US10157376B2 - "Battery sharing system and method". This system presents a network of stations for the delivery, return, and billing of portable batteries, managed via a mobile application and subscription. Like the previous system, it focuses on indoor spaces and its operation depends on the opening hours of the establishment where the station is located. • USD980797S1 - "Design for a battery rental kiosk". It only protects the ornamental design of a power bank kiosk, without providing any new functionality or application in outdoor spaces, much less embedded in a facade. However, the existing solutions share the common characteristic of being arranged as independent or supported elements, without integration into the building structure of the environment in which they are installed. In particular, no system has been identified that contemplates the arrangement of a module embedded in a facade or wall, with an access interface facing outwards and accessible from a public access space. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a portable power supply system configured as a module intended for embedded installation in a facade or wall of a building structure. The module is configured to be at least partially embedded in the thickness of the wall, so that its structure is integrated into the building assembly, maintaining an access interface oriented towards the outside. This interface allows direct user interaction with the system, enabling the removal and return of rechargeable portable batteries from a publicly accessible space. The system may comprise a plurality of modules distributed in different locations, connected to a management network configured for the identification, control and tracking of portable batteries between different modules. This configuration allows the management of batteries within a network of interconnected modules, in which the batteries can be associated with different modules depending on their use within the system. The invention focuses on the structural configuration of the module and its integration into the facade or wall, with different battery storage, charging and control technologies being applicable to it without affecting the object of the invention. In contrast to existing solutions, in which the systems are arranged as independent units, the present invention defines a direct integration into the structure of the facade or the wall, which constitutes an essential technical difference. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS For a better understanding of the invention, the following drawings are included: Figure 1: Front view of the module embedded in the facade or wall, showing the interface accessible from the outside. Figure 2: Side section view of the module, showing its arrangement at least partially embedded in the thickness of the wall. Figure 3: Representation of user access to the module interface. Figure 4: Example of module installation in a building structure accessible from a public access space. Figure 5: Schematic representation of a plurality of modules connected to a management network. The numerical references shown in the figures correspond to the following constituent elements of the invention: 1. Module embedded in facade or wall 2. Reinforced outer casing 3. Storage and recharging compartments 4. Portable rechargeable battery 5. Anchors for fixing to the wall 6. Exterior access area from a public access space DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED REALIZATION According to a preferred embodiment, the invention consists of a module (1) intended for installation embedded in a facade or wall of a building structure, so that it is at least partially embedded in its thickness. The module comprises an outer casing (2) fixed to the wall by means of anchoring means (5) configured for adaptation to different construction materials, such as concrete, brick, metal, glass or composite panels. Inside, the module has a plurality of compartments (3) intended for the housing and recharging of reusable portable batteries (4). The module features an outward-facing access interface (6), which allows direct interaction with the compartments, enabling the insertion and removal of batteries from a publicly accessible space. The system can be part of a network of interconnected modules, in which the batteries can be identified and managed between different locations by means of a control system. It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the described embodiment, and may present variations in its configuration without departing from the object defined in the claims.
