Description

Kite OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a kite, that is, a flying device powered by the air itself, which determines a device of a recreational nature, easily controllable from the ground. The object of the invention is to provide a kite that is easy to assemble and disassemble, so that in an inoperative state it offers a minimal volumetric occupation, specifically designed for learning and family fun, whose purpose is to provide a lightweight aerodynamic toy that eliminates the risks of suffocation and material fragmentation common in low-cost toys. The object of the invention is therefore to offer a kite that is resistant to the impacts it may suffer during its use and that has a structure that drastically reduces the problems of string entanglement that this type of device usually presents. Additionally, due to its special configuration and the low density of the materials used, the device has the intrinsic ability to float in water, which allows for easy retrieval in aquatic environments and expands its versatility of use compared to conventional kites. TECHNICAL SECTOR The invention falls within the toy and outdoor recreation industry sector. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the practical application of the invention, that of kites, there are two fundamental types of devices; flat kites that base their aerodynamic operation on lift by the sail effect, and kites based on the Magnus effect, which consists of taking advantage of the rotation of the kite to deflect its trajectory when moving through a fluid, in this case air, a rotation that creates, where a pressure difference is created in which the air accelerates on one side and slows down on the other, generating a perpendicular force that makes the kite rise. This type of kite, on which the present invention focuses, presents in practice a series of technical problems, among which the following stand out: · They are usually made of expanded polystyrene, a very weak material when hit, something extremely common in this type of device especially when there is no experience in handling them, so they have a short lifespan, in addition to generating polluting waste. · They have a monolithic character, so that, due to the need to adopt a three-dimensional configuration that favors the rotation of the device by the effect of the wind, their volumetric occupation in an inoperative situation is very high, which poses a problem for both storage and transport, both at the industrial and user level. · The spinning of the kite causes tangles in the control strings, requiring long periods of maintenance time to untangle the strings between uses. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The kite proposed by the invention fully and satisfactorily solves the aforementioned problem, in each and every one of the aspects discussed, based on a simple but highly effective solution. To this end, the kite of the invention is made up of two main pieces that are easily fitted and unfitted together, with a flattened configuration, which allow them to be stacked on top of each other when not in use, offering minimal volumetric occupancy in storage or transport. More specifically, the two main pieces consist of a discoidal body, with a diameter of about 30 centimeters, which includes in its central area a rectangular window into which the second main piece fits snugly by plugging, a transverse piece that has an elongated configuration, preferably of a flattened hexagonal configuration, whose extreme and opposite vertices include the means of linking to the support rope, which will be discussed later. Both the discoidal body and the transverse body will have a thickness of approximately two centimeters, being made of expanded polystyrene or expanded polypropylene with a two-layer coating based on elastic paint and non-toxic water-based white glue (EN 71-3 standard) that compacts the material. This coating gives the kite impact resistance that significantly extends its lifespan. According to another feature of the invention, the kite is supported by a strong string, such as thick cotton or nylon, which is wound on a conventional reel, and which at its other end is terminated in a double branch, forming a "Y", whose lateral branches are linked to the ends of the transverse body through an anti-tangle support system, in which two rigid axes participate, preferably made of birch or pine poplar linden spruce wood, 10 cm long and 8 mm in diameter. 60% of the shaft (6 cm) is inserted into the cross-body bathed in plastic glue to create a single block. The outer 40% (4 cm) houses a base washer, a freely rotating 2.5 cm PVC sleeve, and a locking washer with a safety seal at the stop knot. This independent rotation of the sleeve prevents the string from wrapping around the axis during flight, thus avoiding the need to spend long periods of time untangling the strings between kite flights. The device thus described is capable of incorporating all kinds of decorations, as well as designs intended to generate different images based on the rotation of the kite body at high speed, without affecting the essence of the invention. Finally, it should be noted that the kite will be complemented with functional packaging, preferably in the form of a transparent nylon bag with a reinforced opening for insertion and hanging on display stands. From this structure, the following advantages are derived: · It is a device that is easy to assemble and disassemble, and in an inoperative state it has a minimal volumetric occupancy. · Due to its special structure, the kite is able to withstand impacts without being damaged, significantly increasing its lifespan. · By including bearings associated with the kite's support lines, tangles of these lines are avoided, so maintenance is minimal. · By including a less rough surface finish, the kite can spin at higher revolutions per minute, generating more lift with less wind. · Due to its density, the kite floats if it falls into the water, making it easier to recover. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that follows and to aid in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is included as an integral part of said description, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a kite made in accordance with the object of the present invention. Figure 2 shows an exploded view of the device in Figure 1, in which the kite includes another type of conventional reel. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION As can be seen in the figures, the kite of the invention comprises two main parts: a disc-shaped piece (1) and a transverse piece (2), both made from expanded polystyrene or expanded polypropylene with a two-layer coating of elastic paint and non-toxic, water-based white glue. This aqueous dispersion of pigmented acrylic resins combined with polyvinyl acetate (PVA) polymer is mixed in an optimized ratio to ensure elasticity and mechanical adhesion to the porous substrate. A laminate of adhesive cellulose strips (decorative tapes) is applied over this base layer and integrated into the structure by a final transparent sealing layer (water-based varnish). This finish creates a sandwich effect, encapsulating the pigments and adhesives, providing an aerodynamically ready surface, resistant to wind fatigue and free of particle shedding, and ensuring mechanical resistance to impacts. The discoidal piece (1) has a diameter of approximately 30 cm and a thickness of approximately 2 cm, including in its central area a rectangular groove (3) with dimensions of approximately 15 cm long by 2 cm wide, dimensions in accordance with the section of the transverse piece (2). For its part, the transverse piece (2) will have an elongated configuration, preferably flattened hexagonal, with dimensions of approximately 50 cm long by 15 cm wide by 2 cm thick. As previously mentioned, the transverse piece (2) can be attached and detached from the disc-shaped piece (1) by fitting snugly into the rectangular groove (3), giving the kite a detachable and stackable character, which significantly minimizes its volumetric occupation in an inoperative situation. As for the means of support and control of the kite, it has been planned that it is handled by means of a string (4) of thick cotton or nylon, which is wound at one of its ends on a reel (8-8), not shown in the figures because it can be of any conventional type without any type of restriction, string (4) which at its other end is terminated in a double branch (4-4), forming a "Y", whose lateral branches are linked to the ends of the transverse body (2) through an anti-tangle support system, in which two rigid wooden axes (6) participate, preferably of birch or pine poplar linden spruce wood, 10 cm long and 8 mm in diameter. 60% of the shaft (6 cm) is inserted into the cross-body bathed in plastic glue to create a single block. The outer 40% (4 cm) houses a base washer, a 2.5 cm PVC sleeve (5) that rotates freely between two end retaining washers (7-7). This independent rotation of the sleeve prevents the string from winding around the shaft during flight, thus avoiding the need to spend long periods of time untangling the strings between uses of the kite. The end retaining washers (7-7) will have a diameter equal to or less than the thickness of the transverse piece (2), that is, on the order of 2 centimeters, so as not to interfere with the disassembly of the transverse body (2) with respect to the disc-shaped body (1). In this regard, the length of the leads (4-4) will also be appropriate to facilitate these disassembly and assembly maneuvers without having to disassemble the other components of the kite. The device thus described is complemented by packaging, preferably a nylon bag, not shown in the figures because it can be any conventional type, which will include an explanatory leaflet on how to assemble and disassemble the kite, as well as how to handle it, bag which will have dimensions of about 40 cm by 70 cm, transparent with a cardboard support to be able to display the kite in an operational situation in the corresponding display on windy days.
