Description

Fishing lure OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The subject of the present invention, as its title indicates, is a fishing lure. It is an innovation that, within current techniques, offers advantages previously unknown. The present invention is characterized by the special functional and constructive characteristics of the elements that form part of the invention, such that they all contribute to the creation of a fishing lure for squid and other cephalopods that is simple to construct, compatible with conventional fishing systems, allows the incorporation of different visual attraction elements without altering its essential function, and guarantees proper retention of the lure on the fishing line during use. TECHNICAL SECTOR The present invention falls within the fishing sector, and more specifically within the field of artificial lures. In particular, the invention relates to fishing lures equipped with hooking elements, intended for use in both recreational and commercial fishing, and configured to generate attractive movements in the aquatic environment. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the prior art, various fishing lures for cephalopods are known, comprising elongated bodies that incorporate, in their lower section, crowns of hooks designed to facilitate the capture of the animal after an attack. These lures are usually designed to be permanently attached to the fishing line, either by rings, swivels, or other connecting elements. However, existing solutions have limitations regarding the lure's freedom of movement during use, as rigid attachment to the line restricts its rotational ability, resulting in repetitive or unnatural movements. This can reduce the lure's appeal, especially in conditions of low cephalopod activity or in slow-moving water. Likewise, some lures incorporate additional elements of visual or luminous attraction, although these characteristics do not in themselves solve the lack of a dynamic and variable movement, which is crucial to stimulate the attack of cephalopods. Therefore, there is a need for an alternative fishing lure that maintains a simple and robust structure and allows for improved dynamic behavior of the lure in the water without significantly increasing construction complexity or manufacturing costs. With reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, although various lure designs are known, the existence of any other design that presents structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those of the invention claimed herein is unknown. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fishing lure for cephalopods, particularly squid, designed for use in both recreational and commercial fishing. The lure has been designed to provide improved dynamic behavior in the water, increasing its effectiveness during fishing. The lure comprises an elongated body, preferably made of materials with sufficient structural rigidity to maintain its integrity during use. At least one set of hooks is arranged on the underside of this body, configured to facilitate the capture of the cephalopod once it comes into contact with the lure. These hooks are arranged radially around the longitudinal axis of the body, and there may be one or more groups of hooks depending on the configuration. A key feature of the invention is that the lure body comprises a longitudinal through-channel designed to hold the fishing line. This arrangement allows the lure to be threaded directly onto the line without being permanently attached, thus enabling a floating or free-floating setup during use. As a result of this design, the lure can rotate naturally around the line as it moves through the water. This rotational movement, caused by both currents and the angler's actions, creates an irregular trajectory that is particularly attractive to cephalopods, as it mimics the erratic behavior of potential prey. Additionally, the body of the lure can incorporate visual elements of attraction, such as simulated eyes, reflective surfaces, striking chromatic finishes or luminescent materials, intended to reinforce its visibility in different light conditions, without altering the functional principle of the device. Unless otherwise stated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the meanings commonly understood by a person skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. Similar or equivalent procedures and materials to those described herein may be used in the practice of this invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complete the description being made and in order to aid in a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented: Figure 1 is a representation of the fishing lure. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional representation of the fishing lure. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figures, a preferred, though not limiting, embodiment of the proposed invention is described below, which comprises a fishing lure intended for catching squid and other cephalopods, of the type used in both sport and professional fishing, configured to improve the movement and attractiveness of the lure during its use in the aquatic environment. As shown in the figures, the fishing lure comprises a main body (1) of essentially elongated shape, made of a rigid or semi-rigid material. The main body (1) has a lower end (2) or base comprising a plurality of radially arranged hooks (3), preferably in a crown shape, suitable for grasping the cephalopod during the attack. Depending on the embodiment, the lure may comprise more than one group of radially arranged hooks (3). The main body (1) of the lure is longitudinally pierced by a through-hole (4), extending from an upper end of the body (1) to its lower end (2). This through-hole (4) is configured to allow the fishing line (5) to pass through it, so that the lure is freely mounted on the line (5) without being rigidly attached to it. Thanks to this configuration, the lure is able to rotate freely around the line (5) during use, producing an uncontrolled or erratic movement that is naturally generated by the action of the water and the movements transmitted by the angler. This unpredictable rotation increases the realism of the lure, simulating the behavior of live prey, which significantly increases its attractiveness to cephalopods. Optionally, the main body (1) of the lure may comprise additional elements, such as eyes (6), reflective finishes, striking colors, surface textures or luminescent elements, without such characteristics altering the fundamental operating principle of the invention. Likewise, when the fishing line (5) is inserted into the main body (1) through the through hole (4), said fishing line (5) comprises a stop (7) arranged in such a way as to prevent the accidental removal of the lure, ensuring its correct position during use. Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, it being noted that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other modes of embodiment that differ in detail from the one indicated as an example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
